Excellent service! Carlos and his team did an excellent job. They were respectful of property, very efficient and just nice guys. Our installation presented some challenges because of the old system, but they got it done and made it look easy.From the start Carlos explained everything to us in advance. He went over every available option with us, including what could and couldnt be done to salvage the 30+ year old failing system we had. I never felt like we were being up-sold or pressured to buy a new system, even though I knew in advance it was time. Carlos I felt went above and beyond. Great service. Described recommendation, what he would do and cost. Our A/C compressor had failed on a Carrier unit with warranty expired the month before, and with triple digit temperatures in North Texas, there was not many options to get repairs completed in a timely manner. I researched some replacement compressors and decided to spend an extra thousand to replace and recieve a better warranty on a complete outdoor unit. After speaking with a couple of other repair businesses, Carlos obtained a replacement, had the unit up and running the next morning at a competitive cost. I may note that my wife is retired, I have a job that keeps me active, so we have been through many ups and downs with businesses there to make a profit. Highly recommend Air Conditioning Alliance.

I am beyond grateful and impressed by these guys. I’ve tried so many companies in the past that refused to be honest and transparent but I have been saved. My air conditioner wasn’t blowing air or cooling down. These guys came and fixed it. It was a long job and I needed a coil replacement. Carlos got the pieces, came back, installed it and when he says it’s fixed…baby. It’s fixed. He took his time, both fixers wore shoe covers, cleaned up their mess and left me with cold air and a smile. Don’t sleep on these guys! They’re the best!

I don’t write reviews but I feel like I must do to the awesome service and quality from Carlos, our AC went out on a Tuesday afternoon. After calling 3 different AC companies that would be able to come out the same day Carlos was by far the most honest and best value. His professionalism and value cannot be matched. I got back from vacation to find out my AC wasnt working and needed replacement. I called a couple places but I felt that going with Air Conditioning Alliance was the best choice for my needs. Carlos came by, was honest, and kindly explained everything to me to where I knew what I was getting into. He was able to set up an installation date that was very soon afterwards and he and his crew showed up on time and worked the whole time removing and installing a new AC system for me. Carlos showed up right at 8:00 when he said he would. He was not only professional but kind and respectful to my family, animals, and things when he had to come inside. His services were cheaper than other companies around the area to come out and do preventative maintenance on my units. He even addressed an issue on one of our front bedrooms not cooling as it was supposed to and why that was happening/how to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone, anywhere and will be using them from here on out!

I could not recommend this company enough, our a/c stopped blowing cold the morning of 7/25, it got up to a whopping 89°! I called this company, this one being the 5th call, four other companies told me they could be at my house until the morning (to no fault of their own). But Im so very glad these were the guys able to work on our unit, a father and son duo at that. Carlos, the owner, was extremely professional and did not give me the run around. Just like any other customer, I expected to try and be sold some unnecessary work and product. He went through and told me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix the issue at an incredibly reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!!

Found that my evaporator coil was leaking and it needed to be replaced. With it being the weekend, he was unable to come the next day but said he would be here first thing on Monday. Carlos and his dad showed up Monday with a new coil that and was able to get me up and running by the afternoon. Had a great experience with a full system install in my home. The original system was having one failure after another so I decided to take it out and replace the whole thing. I was really busy and AC alliance was the only company that would do a zoom video conference quote and we did it in under an hour. I called this company Friday afternoon after our air conditioning system quit working. I was expecting to get a trouble call by Monday or Tuesday, but the owner worked his schedule to get us seen that same evening. It was quickly determined that our 23 year old system required replacement. Again, I was worried about how long it would take to schedule and complete the installation. Here it is midday Monday, the first business day after discovering the problem, and we have a fully installed, fully functional new system.If you need HVAC service, this is who you need to call. I cannot recommend them enough. Nobody likes the idea of paying for major repairs like this, but I believe we got a very fair price for a highly professional and prompt installation.Great team under great management.If youre like me and dont know a lot about HVAC, you need someone that you can trust. Provided guidance for the systems as noticing things that would be red flags and system operating out of spec. Most of all great communication and even came early to work on this. We have had lots of ac people come out over the 12 years we’ve lived in our house and Carlos is the first one that actually figured out the issue, delivered a cost effective solution, and showed up exactly when he said.
