From the moment I contacted them for a quote until the final installation, they impressed with their exceptional communication and advice.First, Chuy and his Team were incredibly responsive and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions and provided a breakdown of the installation process and pricing options. I felt well-informed and confident in my decision to choose Air Comfort Solutions. I had been on the fence about going with a package unit or mini-splits – they helped me find my preferred all electric setup.The highlight of my experience was the one-day installation, I had assumed it would take more than a day but the crew had their plan and were efficient. The installation team arrived on time, fully prepared, and wasted no time getting to work. It was impressive to see how efficiently and seamlessly they removed and installed the new system. When our air conditioning system went out in June, we called Air Comfort Solutions after having a very bad experience with some plumbing. Jose at Air Comfort Solutions responded to our crisis at once and we had a new air conditioning system in place within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Air Comfort Solutions too highly.

I highly recommend this company for your AC. They are very professional, courteous and punctual. I just had a unit and a furnace installed last week…they came early in the morning and they were done before 2pm. They collected all the trash and disposed all the units they removed. I am a very, very satisfied customer and I will continue using their service when needed.

For a while me and my wife were looking into purchasing a thermostat that we could control from our phones but werent sure where to start (were first time home buyers). So we decided to contact Air comfort solutions. From the very beginning they were very friendly and very helpful, answered any questions we had and guide us to the right thermostat we needed. On the day of the instillation the technicians were on time and got to it right away. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as well. They explained to my wife how the thermostat worked and how to get it on our phones. I really recommend this company if you want to have a job done professionally with a friendly attitude

Also installed a mini-split in the garage and they designed a custom-made intricate downspout to reroute rainwater off/away from the new patio.Jose and Margarita are by far, the best people we’ve met since moving to LC last July… will use them first for anything we can…We appreciate them so much!Always responsive, always polite, always awesome!!! All work has been top-notch!Absolutely stellar!!!If we have to have anything done out of their scope of work, we can only hope that we get lucky enough to find others that are at least half as good as them! They will serve as our basis for what we will expect from others… they will, undoubtedly, be tough act to follow!!!
