I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to Air by John Martinez for their exceptional service. When our air conditioning system failed during the summer, the required part was on backorder for an extended period. Throughout this time, John Martinez maintained open communication, providing regular updates and demonstrating responsiveness and courtesy. The two technicians who visited our location to repair the air conditioning system were polite and knowledgeable. We had some serious damage to our duct work under our house, and I called several places that gave me the run around. I called Air by John Martinez, and they sent someone immediately to check it. The next day, they were out here fixing it. They were courteous and fast, and we had air within 40 minutes.. We will continue with them for any future problems..Thank yall,The Guthries

Our blower motor went out Friday afternoon during the hottest weather we have had in years. John got the motor overnighted, and his crew got here Tuesday afternoon as the temperature hit 104. The got into the attic, changed out the motor and got our AC running again. I cannot recommend this company any higher!

We highly recommend Air by John Martinez! Our AC went out and John and his coworkers replaced it so quick and did such a great job. His coworkers quickly got on the job and cleaned up afterwards. Even before this happened, John has always been available for our AC problems with the old unit, even if it happened on his days off. We are extremely happy with our new AC unit! Thank you for such great service!

I hired John through one of his service advisors to do a complete install of an underfloor duct system with four ton condenser and air handler. The work was perfection with a crew that I would recommend as the most professional. I can’t say enough praise for the most perfect job. Thanks to John and his entire crew.
