Great company and service. Rusty, Tyler, and his team were extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue (leaking evaporator coil), and were able to get a replacement done on the same day to get our AC back up and running. A different company told us we needed to replace our entire AC system without even opening the panel to look at the coil (leaky coil pictured). Rusty did not try to upsell anything that we didn’t need and gave us confidence about the repair we needed. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Rusty and his team are the best! He was able to install my 2 new units in less than 24 hours after I said go, that included having a crane to do the install. I had been saving my American Home Shield to help replace my ACs, but the price their service people quoted me for one unit was the same as Air Advisor replacing both of mine - and with better systems!! The installers were the best. I cannot say enough great things about the whole team!

I spoke with the son, I’m sad I forgot his name! But he, and the father (who I believe is the owner), were so nice! They were actually able to help me over the phone. A lot of other companies would have charged me to come out and do what they did over the phone with me. That’s how you know they truly care about their work. They are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their field when they can walk me through an entire rewriting process of my thermostat, and my attics AC unit! We finally have cold air! I’m so thankful and could not recommend them any more highly! Thank you!!!

My AC evaporator coil developed a leak. Mr Russell Brown and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. They addressed the problem quickly and made the entire process very seamless and stress-free. It was easy to see their professional expertise and they were very courteous throughout the whole interaction. Their charge was also very reasonable. I know because I unfortunately called another company first and was given a quote. That first company couldn’t even find the problem, and shamelessly pushed us to replace the whole AC system. The difference between Mr Brown’s team and the first company was night and day. I don’t think one could get better service anywhere else.

Honest, plain spoken, small business HVAC team that came in and replaced my HVAC system today and got it done within 5 hours. They even did some extra work here and there for free they were so nice. Tyler, Russell and their team are the best and if you want to work with a neighborhood type guy, these guys are it. For good measure (being a conscientious consumer that I am, I called Costcos official HVAC service provider for good measure and I got their offer and even with the Costco discounts and Costco cash back rebates), Air Advisor beat them if you can believe that.

We came home from vacation the Ac wasn’t working. I called Air Advisor because we had bought the unit from them . I was worried being that it was on Saturday that we wouldn’t get a service tech out to work on it today , but I’ll tell you what Rusty the owner came out here within an hour and got us up and running. If you need an AC unit, y’all need to check them out!! They stand behind their products and work .

I interviewed quite a few companies for a new heater/AC unit in September 2018. The owner, Rusty, was very thorough, kind, and patient with my zero knowledge of heater/ac units. He was not in a rush and was respectful to both my mother and me. He also did not charge as much as the other companies did for the same brand. When the installers came, they were professional, kind and cleaned everything up before they left. I had a question about my heater recently. Today Rustys son, Tyler, came out and checked everything. He explained the way the heater works and the situation in my attic. He was also very thorough and kind. This is a family run company that I highly recommend!

After a harrowing week, and one half-a$$ attempt to repair or AC from a once respectable company, we called Air Advisors. Lisa was super friendly and pleasant and promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day. Tyler came out and figured out the problem and could not do enough. He and his crew returned the next day to install inside air handlers. His crew were all friendly, made sure they put down protection on all floors and went out of their way to make it a good experience. When spending so much money on such a big purchase for your home you want confidence and reassurance its getting done properly. Tyler is your man! I would recommend Air Advisors to anyone needing AC unit or AC handler needs. Above & beyond!

As a licensed architect in the State of Texas, I appreciate quality workmanship as witnessed with Air Advisors. Response to our air conditioning repair needs was surprisingly fast - I called and Air Advisor and they were at our house within an hour or two - not the typical day or two. Tres determined the cause of the problem and made arrangements for the repair. Workmen came to our house on time and completed the work ahead of schedule with no mess. The workers were total professionals and treated my wife with respect which I greatly appreciate. Trust Air Advisor for all your HVAC work.

Our unit stopped working and called them in the evening, they came out the next day tried and tested to keep us from having to replace the unit, we had our unit the next day and installed by noon. Rusty is GREAT!!! I had a TRANE A/C installed by A1 services in Dallas (DO NOT USE or CALL THEM for ANYTHING!!!!). Rusty informed me the unit was completely wrong. 4 ton condenser with a 2 speed compressor connected to a 3 1/2 ton air handler with single speed fan,duct work badly patched and done and wrong size vapor line.They had scabbed in a piece of 7/8 copper line to 3/4 to attempt to make it look right!!! Unit finally died from surging and fighting itself to death in less than 5 years!! I had asked for a 5 ton unit and this what A1 gave me and installed.They assured me repeatedly it was a 5 ton unit. I received a completely non compatible unit from A1! Well Rusty spent the time discussing with me, my options and fixed me up with a new (real 5 Ton unit) from LENOX and correct new sized liquid/vapor lines and repaired the duct work.Looks amazing. GREAT PRICE and VERY PROFFESIONAL INSTALL. Finally a A/C that cools without even straining and purrrs like a cat.THANKS AGAIN RUSTY for a TRUE PRO experience!!! My advice to anyone looking for any HVAC work/service save yourself the agony-worries and disappointment of A/C work BY GETTING RUSTY to your job FIRST!!!!!! Would recommend to ALL!!!
