    Fernando and his team/family have been absolutely amazing to work with! Due to communication issues between myself, insurance, and a different AC company — I had been without AC in the house for the last 27 days (it’s July in Texas). I reached out to Agility thru the text feature on their website at 10:40a and they were able to get me a bid (insurance accepted) and the work completed by 7:35p the same evening. I could not be more thankful for their entire team (Gabby, Fernando, and their men) going out of their way to get here quickly, and replace the entire outside system.

    I can’t say enough good things about Agility. I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and didn’t expect service until the next day…but they were able to provide same day service.     Air conditioner went out. We called Agility Heating and Air LLC that morning. They came out within 2 hours; diagnosed the 20+ year old unit had finally died. They had a new energy efficient unit installed by 9:00 that night. We are impressed with the super fast install time.Technicians were knowledgeable, polite and they cleaned up the job site. Definitely recommend.

    My heater quit in the middle of a cold snap. Fernando came out more quickly than I expected, within two hours of my call, had the needed wire with him, and had it up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional, as was Gabby over the phone. She even included a photo with my appt confirmation text so I would know who to expect since I was a new customer. Agility will now be my first call with any HVAC issues.

    Big shout out to Agility Heat & Air. Fernando, Gabby, and Ivan were such a blessing to work with. Over the years, we have had many contractors and service individuals in our home and I would say that this company and their employees were by far the most professional. In the middle of this hot summer, our air-conditioner went out, and I called Agility after a recommendation from a friend. They were out here the same day. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and we had air conditioning within two days. They communicated with us every step of the way. It is hard to find this type of service and professionalism today, and we are grateful that we were able to work with Agility Heat & Air.     Great experience. AC went out 3 days before my wife was due and he got everything running temporarily before the parts came in. Always on time. Definitely recommended.Follow up 5 months later. I was having trouble turning on the heat and I called asking about it. They sent someone about 2 hours later to check it out. It was problem with the nest thermostat and they fixed it in about 2 minutes. I would still definitely recommend them.

    Me and my husband were very happy to have Fernando come out to check our heating system. Our home wouldn’t heat up right as the weather has cooled down and with two young children we couldn’t go without. We originally were going to go with a company through our home warranty (which our warranty was not going to cover the issue) they told us our compressor was no good and it would be about 3500-4800 to replace. Of course bad timing with the holidays. Fernando came out free of charge to diagnose the problem. He was on time very friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out there was a loose wire connection and we are back to a warm house! Fernando saved us from having to spend thousands of dollars on something we didn’t need. Thank you so much!!     My AC made it through the summer and died in mid October. I had two companies come out and not only were they expensive but both individuals did not pay attention and get the correct size which would have been a big issue since I have a two story house with 9 foot ceilings. My son had just had his AC replaced and suggested I contact Fernando. He was prompt and professional and quickly realized my unit was a 2.5 ton and not 2 ton. ( I have two units). When his crew came out to replace the unit they were professional and explained the process. I’ll also add that Fernando went out to my son’s house because the heater was not working properly. It turned out to be a loose wire and he didn’t charge him. The honestly and customer service displayed prompted my son to immediately hire him to replace his AC.
