    Did a great job at a fair price. Very knowledgeable. Fixed some ongoing issues we have been having. As far as replacement goes, they were very competitively priced, and I like the fact that they gave us options. The crew that came and worked were very polite, clean, and explained what they were doing. They also worked fast. From start to finish we were very impressed. We have found our new A/C company for our home and business.

    Excellent experience with Joshua from ACS. After getting an obscene repair quote from another local company, ACS was able to quickly provide a better diagnostic approach and was not just trying to sell me a ton of unnecessary and expensive parts. My problem was resolved quickly and for a much more reasonable price (2.7% of the original estimate from the other company). I will certainly use ACS in the future.

    So great!! We’ve only had the house for 2 years but it apparently has had the same issue for 10, none of the previous owners caught it and it was so subtle that it passed inspection twice…. As a result our floors flooded, when we found out it was AC related They came right away diagnosed and solved our issue IN UNDER AN HOUR, they truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations GREAT SERVICE it was all well within our budget didn’t have to worry about breaking the bank during this emergency I’m so grateful to them!

    My interaction with ACS has been stellar. They seem to enjoy their job and are friendly. Extremely competitive with pricing, sometimes nearly $10k less than other quotes for similar systems. These people are clearly here to provide good service to the community while not robbing their customers blind. Also, theyre the only ones I can find that are backed by Bosch for their HVAC.

    Woke up one fine August morning, ready to tackle the day. My heart sunk when I saw the thermostat at 82 degrees. Immediately headed to google and called a well-reviewed, local AC Repair business. I was put on the “next available” list and waited patiently for the call. No call. Spent a sweltering 91 degree night, and a friend recommended ACS. The next morning, Brad had my issue diagnosed and fixed by 9:15am. He even gave some energy savings tips and checked on the warranty status of my existing equipment! Great service. Fast and friendly. Don’t waste time with those others guys. Call ACS!

    Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. Susan and Stoney are friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Stoney is truly an “A/C Doctor.” He exceeded my expectations by not only diagnosing the problem right away but he answered all my questions and actually taught me how my a/c system works in words I could understand. Stoney was also very kind to all the animals that curiously looked over his shoulder while he fixed the a/c unit. And explained to me why the horses like to stand around the a/c unit! Stoney taught me the laws of thermodynamics and he made it sound easy! This gentleman has brains and a heart. He gave me a free physics lesson in like 3 mins! ACS genuinely cares about its customers, goes the extra mile to make sure your a/c system is running in top condition, and at an extremely low price especially for the quality of service they provide. Have no anxiety or stress if you have a/c problems, just call Susan at ACS and she’ll send the “A/C Doc” (Stoney) your way to cool off your day.

    Called for an appointment, it would be after hours, but still a price. Very helpful, explained the problem. Wasn’t even the hvac that was an issue, but still explained everything, even tho it wasn’t part of the hvac system. Highly recommend. Stoney was awesome! Most kind, friendly and knowledgeable person! Will call for all future hvac needs!

    We have used ACS a couple of times. We are currently in the process of selling our home and knew we needed our coils cleaned. They got us scheduled quickly and the technicians that came out were professional, left my home clean, explained everything they did and I wasnt blind sided by any additional charges that werent discussed prior. Highly recommend using these guys.

    Brad, with ACS, came out to Sweetwater, Texas, diagnosed the problem with our heat pump package unit, and ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer. After receiving the part, he came back out and replaced it. During the repair process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions I asked him. In addition to repairing our unit, he made changes that allowed the unit to operate more efficiently. The invoice for his work was more than fair. I believe that our heat pump package unit is operating better now than when we first had it installed. I would highly recommend Brad, with ACS, for any HVAC repairs and/or installations. R. Suhm

    Joseph & Isaiah came out to do a routine service check on the air conditioner in a house we recently purchased. They acted in a professional and ethical manner, even coming back to work late on two separate evenings in order to attempt to repair existing condensation lines then install a new condensation pump prior to our move in. I would highly recommend.

    ACS Heating & Air truly deserves a 5 star review! This is a company that went beyond the call of duty. Not only did they promptly repair my HVAC unit; they also added an extra air duct that I had no idea was needed. With the added air duct, they took the time to explain and show the problem to me. Instead of rushing to get the job done. They were also on time to start the job!These are folks that represented everything one could ask for in an HVAC company. They were on time, attentive, organized, patient, and polite.If you are having issues with your HVAC or A/C unit, I highly recommend giving ACS a call. I sincerely will be calling them again for any issues I have. Plus I will happily refer them to anyone.If I could give them past 5 stars, I would!
