    The staff at AccuTemp are top notch. From the minute you call in a problem to the technician they send. I was notified they were sending some one and he arrived shortly.     This company is 24 hours when needed in emergency , I went 3 days without ac and honestly shouldnt have waited that long. when I found this company I was so glad they were able to come out and help me I was told by 2 other companies that they could help and got a no call no show but Keith called and showed up within an hour and fixed my problem in less than that.     We received excellent, same-day service with AccuTemp! It’s not fun losing air in August in Louisiana. But Will at AccuTemp was on-site within about 2 hours of our call. What could’ve been a very hot problem was fixed before we even broke a sweat! Stephanie is amazing and got us on Will’s schedule in a heartbeat. We are thankful for their service and was so pleased, we signed up for their membership maintenance program. We are a happy client!!

    After positive research and reassurance by their salesman Skipper Thibodeaux, I agreed to a new American Standard HVAC system install. Other than a small parts issue resolved quickly at start, all went as planned. The installers Jeff Statham and Jacoby Hall were top notch in all aspects of their work.     Great Experience!!!! Very professional, quick repair and super informative. Crystal in Office set the appointment up quickly and very courteously. Blake (technician) found AC unit issue within 10 minutes after arrival and repair was completed in less than an hour. Super Efficient!! My warranty company dropped the ball on the scheduled repair, but AccuTemp made the weekend a succes after being without AC for 4 days. I will definitely use them for future maintenance and service.     5 hours late with no courtesy update call. I had to call twice to find out if coming. Technician came in with dirty muddy shoes. Took them off sometimes but other times didn’t take shoes off or use covers. Had to area spot clean carpet after service. Technician was friendly, helpful with questions, took time and best I can tell did a thorough job. Overall satisfied. Just wish on time and technician used covers for shoes.

    Scott, Terry and the installation team did a great job designing and installing new duct work in our home! Will continue to use as our HVAC service provider.Here is an update from 2 years later - All our services for the past 2 years have been great! We wanted a quote on whole house dehumidifier with consideration for a possible new AC unit. Due to the uniqueness of our home, after the sales rep looked at our units and home, he asked to come back with the owner of the company due to his deep knowledge mechanical systems and our local climate. Both the owner and the sales representative spent considerable time explaining the science behind the systems and offering solutions we could do before spending significant dollars on a unit that was unlikely to work well in our home. Thank you for your knowledge and integrity! We will continue to use AccuTemp for all things heating and cooling and highly recommend them to everyone!

    I was recently asked to relocate for work, and in part of the process I had an item that required repair and needed to be completed by a HVAC Technician, per the relocation policy.I called Accutemp and they were very easy to schedule with, and their technician arrived on time. The repair was quick, done right, and for a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with, as well.Accutemp followed up the next day to make sure the service was satisfactory, and unfortunately I had to notify them of some minor damage caused to my tile floor. (Probably from an accidentally dropped tool.) They were extremely responsive to this, and even offered a repair to be made almost immediately (over the weekend). However, I preferred to make the repair myself. Even after I refused their help in correcting the damage, they still insisted on compensating me for the trouble. I also received a very warm letter from their CEO, personally ensuring that the incident will be used as a training opportunity for their technicians.I cannot say enough regarding the integrity that was shown by Accutemp through the experience. I think that is why there are so many positive reviews, they simply are a trustworthy local service.

    Such a great company. They serviced a company I worked for and they were so good at that job that I asked for a card. I had to call them this week because my AC quit working during the worse heat week of the year (so far). I explained everything I had done over the phone to fix the problem. They called when they were heading to my house and had the problem diagnosed before I got there. 15 minutes later and they were done. And now I have cold air again. Keith was friendly and personable. They took the time to explain what unit was going out, what the options and costs were, and then were available for questions and very responsive. We appreciate our estimator, Stith, as well as the two installers, Jeff and Cody.     Brigg, the serviceman whom I spoke with was honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was overcharged and under-serviced by two other legitimate companies prior to speaking with Brigg. After spending 249. 00, which locked me into a service contract and was not included in my $2200.00 quote for replacing an evaporator coil, I called Accutemp to get a second opinion. Before I met with Accutemp, the company who initially installed the system quoted $1400.00 to replace the evaporator coil. Not once was I told by the second company that my part was still under warranty. The first company assured me that it was not still under warranty. The first company even told me that the $2200.00 was a discount. Accutemp (Brigg) was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. My part has been ordered and once installed, I will save about $1500.00 on labor costs. Oh, did I mention that the part was still under warranty. It only took about 10-15 minutes to for Brigg to fix the problem. All of this was done at my kitchen table. Great customer service, reliability, and honesty.... thats all any customer really wants.

    I called AccuTemp to come service my a/c unit after having another company attempted to fix my issue. The AccuTemp tech arrived on time and and was very professional along with being personable. He discovered that my 1980s unit was leaking in both the coil and compressor. He filled up my system and told me that I needed to replace my system. I suspected that due to the lack of cooling degrading over the past5 years. He put me in touch with Teresa who immediate came out to evaluate my needs. This all took place quickly, as I had been without air for 3 days. Teresa listen to what we wanted, along with her excellent knowledge of HVAC systems. She recommended a system that was large enough for our needs and made it financially feasible. Teresa schedule us for the next day. The tech crew got to work first thing in the morning. They were professional and courteous in every manner, The was very cognizant of the house and keeping clean. They finished up, and explained my system to me. Teresa followed up and I asked for some special work in the bedroom and she made it happen.I am extremely please with this company. I would recommend AccuTemp to anyone needing repair or a new system.

    They did a great job on my AC unit. I was afraid being the time of year and being a Saturday that the prices were going to be more than what I could afford.     I called AccuTemp when my A/C quit cooling. They sent a tech out that day. He diagnosed the unit quickly and explained the pros and cons of the repair. The unit was pretty old and I decided to have it replaced. Stith was very thorough, presenting the benefits of the options and features available that helped me decide what route I wanted to go. The installation techs did a good job. Everyone was friendly and professional. The tech that came out six months later for a checkup was also friendly and professional.     Our house has a sunroom that we wanted to include in our sf by adding ducts. It was a very tight fit and took some engineering but the crew kept at it and made it possible.     Reason I used this company is because of the service dept. just had my first service after unit install, called, scheduled, and came out two days later, they are the only ac company that will call you back when there is an emergency, also is why I bought a unit through them! These other companies claim they are 24 hr service but don’t expect a call back! Had other quotes done on more work because I know they will stand behind their work and really are 24 hrs, and not just advertised as 24 hr service company like others are doing!

    When they came out to look at the problem they informed us on what all our options were and answered all our questions. They were very straight-forward and polite.     Almost everyone has the story of coming home from vacation to no A/C. That’s how I found Accutemp! Kathleen was very helpful and getting a service man to my house ASAP was her priority (she even asked what the current temperature in my home was - I believe that had to be a safety measure). I had access to cooled air so it wasn’t an emergency to have them come right then, but by 9 or so this morning they called to tell me Kyle was on his way. Kyle was knocking on my door within 10 minutes, got a little history about what was going and got to work. He checked a few things inside then went outside and within a few minutes he had the answer to my problem. He happily took time to explain the problem and how it happens. Kyle also listened to my questions and answered in a way I understood. If your reading this I 100% recommend Accutemp for your heating and air needs and also encourage you to think about using their maintenance plan. We want our cars to last so we don’t hesitate to do maintenance. Accutemp’s Maintenance plan is easy and affordable and it’s definitely less than a years worth of maintenance on a car. It hasn’t even been an hour and my house is already at it’s normal comfy temperature. Thanks Kathleen, Kyle and Accutemp for taking care of us!

    My experience: I noticed water coming from my air mover on a Sunday morning. It was coming out steadily and needed to be fixed soon so it wouldnt spread to my wood floors. I called their office and they even tried to help me fix it myself. I didnt have the right tools for the job so they dispatched a service tech to me. He was there in 30 minutes and was very nice. He fixed the leak, gave me a tip so it wouldnt happen again and even cleaned up the mess I created. Thanks again.I will be using them again and I have referred them to friends as well.

    It was VERY HOT outside, and starting to get uncomfortable inside--87 degrees! When I checked my a/c unit closet, I discovered my blow motor was toasted. I called Accutemp and they got somebody out here just after lunch who saved the day for me. The Accutemp technician, Blake, was knowledgeable and thorough. This was the first time I used Accutemp and I felt like I was in very good hands, because Blake was both professional and personable. That made the service call swell instead of discouraging.     The first representative that came out wasnt as prepared as the individuals in the second visit. He claimed he did not have a certain piece of equipment that I believe would be standard for any AC Tech which is the instrument used to check and see if holes are in the ac lines. That is what the representative told me a woman but, once my husband came home whom he had already spoken with her earlier while I was out he was more than happy then to go up into the attic and check the AC line to see if there was a big enough hole in the line that could be seen. Upon inspection of the AC line a hole was found. The following day Mr. Stith came out to assist the AC unit and see what all needed to be replaced. He was very kind, polite, and very informational he explained everything to the Tee. I understand nothing about acs but, i was able with his information to explain it to my husband over the phone so he could understand thanks to Mr. Stith. They were currently backed up and it was going to take a couple of days before they were able to repair our unit. Mr. Stith brought out a room cooling unit that was a lifesaver! I dont know many companies so Im not for sure if this is standard or not but for my family this was surely a blessing! Once they came out to repair the unit everything was done in about an hour and the gentleman that came out where with polite and professional. Im so glad that we gave them our business despite what happened in the beginning. Now that we are familiar with the company I dont see anyone else getting our business. Thank You and God bless!!!
