Honest AC companies are hard to come by. This is an honest AC company. Bill and Philip worked on my AC unit and get me up and running quick. Not only did they replace a bad capacitor, they made recommendations to prevent this situation in the future with an additional start capacitor to reduce the initial startup load on the main capacitor.They also refilled refrigerant on my mini-split unit in my garage and explained that it may not even be worth the cost to diagnose a minor leak since the mini-split itself was only $2k brand new. Additionally the replacement part might be expensive compared to the price of the unit, so he just recommended filling it up again which may last 1-2 years.Diagnosis, options, and reasons for everything performed are cornerstones to honest business.Definitely keeping their number for the future.
