I called many companies to get quotes and Absolute Indoor Comfort was the best deal by far.They came out to give a quote and install date.Two days later my new air conditioner was installed.The install took no more than a couple of hours.Would definitely recommend this company.Abel and Isaac were professional from start to finish.

We had been several days without AC waiting for our warranty company to approve the transaction. We decided to pay for it ourselves and called to tell Abel. He said he would be able to get the same guy who diagnosed the problem out the same day. Much to our relief, our AC was up and running before 2 pm! I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and very affordable prices.

When my AC stopped working, Absolute Indoor Comfort was there to help. They understood this was an emergency and were there the next morning. The owner, Abel, was very honest, friendly and did great work. Very professional and explained everything being done. Quotes were easy to understand and very fair on price. Abel came out to my home inspected my current unit and my attic and made several recommendations. Install was professional, clean and quick. He even came back to check on my unit and answered questions I had after the job was done. Helpful tips to understand my new unit and how it works. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldnt be happier with my service.

We would highly recommend this company!! Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We were dealing with our warranty company and had major problems with the first company they had come out. Absolute Indoor Comfort took over and did an excellent job repairing our system (quickly too considering the hot Texas summer). Will DEFINITELY use them in the future!

Had an excellent experience with Abel. He was very responsive and communicated every detail of the repair process. He was able to also get some of my AC parts covered under warranty that saved me money in the long run. Not many other companies would go out of their way to help the customer save money. Highly recommend and will continue to use myself in the future!

Honest Abel is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about calling someone to fix my home and business ACs. Lets face it, when your AC goes out in the heat of the Summer, you get desperate to get it fixed and get it fixed fast. However, that desperation also comes with the anxiety of not knowing how much youre going to have to pay to get it fixed. There have been several times when all our AC needed was a top off of freon, a coil cleaning or a capacitor. Each time, Abel took the time to explain the situation, provide options and get the job done quickly. He knows that reputation means everything when running a business. I wouldnt call on anyone else and I am very comfortable writing this review on Google for Abel Guzman and Absolute Indoor Comfort. Call him, you wont be disappointed.

After two days of telephone contact with numerous local and national maintenance and service companies, I was losing faith in the capacity and lack of concern of almost all with whom I discussed problems.Abel Guzman at Absolute Indoor Conditioning was the welcomed exception to the tone of others with whom I had spoken. Absolute was absolutely positive they could help with my problems. They did -- with promptness and concern. I do not expect to ever need to look others in this service field.

Outside AC condenser went out leaving my wife, our 8 month old, and myself stuck in a 100 degree house. Abel was able to respond same day and diagnose the two problems it had. Fixed one right away but didnt have a fan motor on hand to fix the other issue. His boss happened to be near by and offered to drop off the part while he started taking out the old one. Managed to have the whole unit fixed roughly an hour after he first arrived, the same day our unit went out. Very professional, genuinely cared about our situation, and great service. Experience was much better than we have had previously when our AC blower fan went out a few months ago. My family and myself thank and highly recommend them.

Able and Isaac both worked on my very old system and were very professional and appeared to love what they do. They were always on-time and although I had extensive issues, they were never deterred and fixed the system both inside and out. Abel and his team at Absolute Indoor Comfort are wonderful!!! If I could give them a higher rating, I absolutely would.When I arrived home yesterday evening to find my A/C blowing hot air, I knew it was going to be a long shot to see if I could get a technician to come out first thing in the morning. But I called Absolute Indoor Comfort anyway.When I called in the morning, Abel answered the phone. I explained the issue and he said his technicians were already booked for the day...but then he said “but I think we could make it out to you today.” And indeed they did!!Matthew was my technician, and he came right over after his last job. He diagnosed the problem and made the repairs lickety-split!I am now sitting in a cool comfortable home once again. Thanks Absolute Indoor Comfort!
