Daniel, the technician who came to service our unit, was professional, courteous, and thorough. He made sure to always put on his shoe covers before entering our home, which I really appreciated for keeping things neat. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company, especially if you get Daniel as your technician!

Ive been using Ability for years, so when I needed a new HVAC, they were the first I contacted for a quote. John came right out to take a look in December right in the middle of the holidays and gave me three price points, suggested I wait to 2025 for rebates, so I did. I signed the proposal last week, they ordered the parts and then Daniel and Bud installed everything yesterday. The employees in and out of the office are always super professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Ive used Ability for at least 10 years and three homes now and Ive never been disappointed with their service.

We have used Ability Air for years, great company led by a great owner. Today Daniel and Eddie came by to complete the winter service, they were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions today and they took the time to answer them and make sure I understood the answers and were patient to make sure they answered all of them. Our a/c unit has been cutting on/off and struggling to keep up in this heat. We called Ability, and it was quick turnaround for them to get us fit in. Our window for them to arrive was 8:30-9:30 am. Our tech, Daniel, was timely. He figured out AND corrected the issue within 30 minutes. Excellent communication and experience. We always have great service with Ability, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with their AC in this heat!

Had them come out and work on the AC unit outside wasnt blowing. They figured out the problem pretty quick and had the parts they needed on hand so didnt need to wait to get it ordered. Wyatt and Daniel were very professional and knowledgeable and explained things as they went to me. They even took care to seal the AC unit from air leaks it had to make the air blow better. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I have been using Ability Air Conditioning to service my 15+ year old air conditioner for about 5 years now. Theyve always been so great about finding options to help me extend the life of my A/C without buying a new one.Last week, my A/C stopped working (not the first time), and I was very worried since it has consistently been 100+ degrees lately and I had heard from other people that most A/C places in the SBC area had 2-3 week wait lists. When I called Ability, they informed me that they were also extremely busy, so they would have to see when they would be able to get to me and call me back. I called on a Friday, so I figured I might not even hear back from them until Monday. Surprisingly, they called me back within a couple hours and let me know that someone was on the way! On top of that, they were able to fix my A/C within 20 minutes.I am so thankful for Ability Air Conditioning. We may not think about it, but A/C companies are truly life savers when it comes to this kind of heat. Now that my A/C is working, they have also given me quotes and Im going to proactively start replacing my aging A/C in stages, so its not such a shock to my wallet. I cant say enough good things about Ability Air Conditioning. The people who work there, and especially the owner, as so incredibly kind and professional. I will never use another A/C service, and I highly recommend them.

Peyton and Eric gave a thorough assessment of our system, even having to climb up into the attic in boiling, triple-digit temps in July in Louisiana. I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness concerning keeping my floors clean - they donned protective booties as soon as they hit the foyer. Professional, courteous, thorough, and helpful - making sure I understood their process and what might be needed on future visits to keep the system running. AC maintenance and repair can be scary and expensive. My guys at Ability make them neither. Do yourself a favor and make your AC the last worry on your list with Ability Air Conditioning.

After my air went out on a weekend in the middle of July in Louisiana, I tried to go through my home warranty to get it working again. After an insane experience that I wont go into detail, I finally gave up on them after not having air for 5 days. I did what I should have done in the first place and called Ability Air. Not only were they able to come out the same day, but they were able to get me in earlier than what they had originally promised. Andrew was able to quickly identify the problem, get it fixed, and got the air working in no time at all. It was an absolutely fantastic experience all in all and I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of AC repair or installation. Thanks again!!!
