My husband and I were having a bad experience with the 1st company that was sent out to our house to repair our AC unit, luckily out of nowhere Jason contacted my husband and relieved all of our worries with his professionalism, knowledge and honest diagnosis. He serviced our home in a timely manner and had great communication answering our calls and messages without hesitation. My husband and I are grateful to have found an amazing company who is true to their work. We will continue to use them in the future as needed and will recommend to friends in the Abilene area.

Let me start this off by saying if i could give Abilene Comfort and Refrigeration more than 5 stars I would give them 10. My experince started off sour thanks to my home warranty and the original company they used. I was so greatful to have been contacted by Jason at ACR.Jason was extremly helpful and a professional HVAC technican and person. He went out of his way to make sure my house was serviced properly and in a timley manner. His company is what other companies should strive to be. He is not out to take your money like other companies and only delivers hard, honest work. He is local so that is always a plus for anyone in Abilene. If I need any future repairs or service I know who I am calling and I highly recommend you do too.

Our A/C unit was 22 years old and after living in the house for a year, the compressor went out. We knew it was just a matter of time before we would have to replace it. American Home Shield was called around 6:30 pm to let them know the A/C wasnt working.Jason was at our house at 8:00 am the next morning. He informed us the compressor was out and gave us the choice to replace the compressor or we could do an upgrade on a new system.Since the old system was far from efficient, we chose to do the upgrade. Jason and his team were very professional, courteous, prompt, and left everything clean after they were done.I would highly recommend these folks for all your Heating and Air Conditioner needs. We WILL be using him again when we upgrade our furnace.

Jason was fast and professional! He worked with our home warranty company without hesitation! He has the customers best interest in mind at all times and is honest! I highly recommend him for any A/C or Heating repairs! Best in town by far!!!

The tech, whose name I did not ask for (I’m the worst), just left my house after the best repair call I’ve ever had in my life. Arrived promptly, was very kind and knowledgeable, set me at ease, and did excellent work. He even went above and beyond and checked other things with the unit while he was here, just to make sure we were set. I will 100% be telling everyone I know to use this business. We had a call into AHS for an issue with our unit. With temps being over 100 degrees we were very eager to get our AC/ furnace back up and running and we were nervous about how long it would take. AHS sent the request to Abilene Comfort and they were able to find a spot in there schedule and came out and had us back up and running with in 5 hours of us reaching out to AHS to put in the claim that in itself was amazing. Then the tech was VERY knowledgeable, Punctual and Communicative. I was unable to be home but the tech texted me through the entire process and showed me pics of what was wrong and what needed to be done and the best part was when i got home the house was cool :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He provided fast service and arrived on time! He fixed the issue and even made sure everything else was functioning correctly as well. 100% recommend!!
