    On time, called when on their way, and reasonably priced services. Gave my old furnace a once over and tune up, then fixed a broken vent pipe I wasnt aware of. Informed me of another part that was not working properly, but was still working for now. I have a home warranty that covers the part AFTER it stops working, but not maintenance. I will be calling to have ABC Air do the repair.

    Second time using ABCs services. This time was at 745pm. Steve answered his phone within a few rings. Said he could make it if I wanted. He arrived on time. Had the issue solved in 30-50 min. My renter was able to sleep cool and was happy.As a landlord I highly recommend ABC cooling, specifically Steve. If I should need AC help at my other properties, Steve will be my first call.

    Steve at ABC Air of Texas completed the spring a/c service.He thoroughly cleaned the a/c unit and vacuumed the drip pipe.He installed a disconnect box near the unit.The yearly service plan prices are very reasonable.

    We had a Coleman heat pump install in place of the AC system which had been giving us problems every summer. Steve put in the heat pump promptly with a fair price. The past summer was quite uneventful, not a single problem as far as cooling was concerned. However in the Fall, we found out that in heating, there were issues with the heat pump fighting with the emergency back-up furnace. Steve made several trips including the last one which he brought in Colemans consultant. In the ending, everything worked out. We are happy with how things turned out as planned. I really appreciate Steves endless efforts to solve the problem. He definitely wouldnt let customers hang out dry. If you want to get a new heat pump put in, Steve is the man. By the way, the Coleman heat pump is as quiet as advertised.

    Steve Morin who works for you, came early, discovered the issue quickly. He replaced the unserviceable part, then began to do a thorough check for any other issue.     I was exceptionally impressed. My father has used this company for years for maintenance and I know he thought extremely high of this company. The a/c unit stopped working .. it was 90 degrees in the house. They came out on a Sunday! The fix was done quickly, they were timely and extremely professional. Now I just need to get more business cards to share. When you find a trustworthy business you want to let everyone know.
