Im late posting, but I had a plumbing backup problem on December 30, 24. On my second call looking for help to resolve my plumbing issue, which I made at 3 p.m., I spoke with 3C Mechanical Technologies. That day, they were able to arrive in approximately thirty minutes. Rick, the technician, welcomed me. He arrived, evaluated the issue, and went to work. I followed Rick about and watched the procedure the entire time. Rick answered my questions in a very friendly manner. He also didnt appear to mind that I was a shadow following him around. He gave me well-informed information about my problem and its fixes. There was a lot of excavating that needed to be done, so he rectified what he could that day and scheduled a morning appointment for 12-31-24. Rick and his colleagues arrived on December 31, 24 and immediately started to work. In addition to repairing my shower diverter, toilet cutoff valve, and leveling my toilet all of which were not part of the initial problem, the work was finished in a few hours along with clean up. I must admit that I am really happy that I called 3C Mechanical Technologies as my second call and canceled my first appointment with a different company. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of for the job, and the cost was extremely fair. Ill definitely utilize and suggest 3C Mechanical Technologies once more.

This morning I called your company because my friend had a AC unit installed, a York, about four months ago by a young man who would not come and check it out without an $80 charge and $15 to put a filter in it that the woman already had. That was disgusting. A young lady answered the phone and we talked and she said, “I’ll just come out there and there will be no charge. Can you imagine that this my disbelief in this day and time at that offer? In between 15 and 20 minutes, she was out here with her tool bag, took everything apart, explained so much to my friend and me, and didn’t charge a thing. As a result, when I do my AC in my big old house, I will come to your company for it. And above all, she took time to explain when we had questions and as a result , we found that she can have things installed, which will clean, ozone and ionize the air making it healthier and cleaner. YOUR COMPANY IS BEYOND GREAT, UNBELIEVABLY GREAT WITH SERVICE NOT SEEN IN DECADES! Thank you SO much! AND, I am going to put this all over the media. Your company should be known for its kindness, knowledge, help, and just plain good human decency that you have shown my 80 year old friend. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Rick Ellis was fast, efficient, and thorough in repairing a drain pipe that had broken. During the final leak check he found another small water supply leak and tried multiple approaches to repair that one. I will ask for Rick if I need plumbing work again.

Over the years, my business has interacted with many HVAC companies. 3C is by far the highest quality company we have had the pleasure of using. They are prompt in their response to our calls and in their invoice billing. The ladies who answer the phone are delightful to deal with and make you feel that they are happy you called. The techs have all been professional and respectful. Their tech Morgan has gone above and beyond to take care of our HVAC needs every time he has come to my business. Its refreshing to have a company that cares about diagnosing the issue correctly rather than putting a bandaid on a problem, and wants our equipment functioning correctly not just good enough. Was texted when they were in route and they showed up promptly. Rick the plumber fixed it in not time at all. Our family used them before, and will continue to. Also like that they have apprenticeships a great way to pass on knowledge, and keep the trade going.

The first HVAC company (Evergreen Comfort) we called did the diagnostics, but the technician tried to rip us off by overestimating the cost of the replacement parts. He then volunteered to do the repair himself on his own time (under the table) and gave an overpriced estimate just for the repair but low enough that we would go with his recommendation instead of replacing the parts. We were very uncomfortable with that situation.We called other HVAC companies and asked for an estimate based on the diagnostics we already have. 3C Mechanical is the only company that was direct and honest with us and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate for 3 different options. The other companies gave us the run around, sales pitch, and wont make an estimate until they send their own tech and we have to pay again for diagnostics.Bill Curry at 3C Mechanical was very helpful, answering all my questions. The technicians, Giovanni and Jimmy, were very prompt, friendly, and professional. We are very happy with their work and service.We will only use and trust 3C Mechanical Technologies for our HVAC needs from now on! They are honest, reliable, friendly, and professional.

Later on down the road when I was able to upgrade, they were the 1st I called. I love the fast friendly service. They are most definitely professionals on a high level. The install was so nice and organized. There was no mess to clean. They followed up with a courtesy visit to make sure everything was functioning properly and that I was happy with the system. It was a weekend morning, the family and I woke up to a hot house. The A/C had quit at some point. I called the number for an A/C repair place I got from Shane Howard and it was 3C Mechanical. The repair man was there within no time and had us up and running! He checked out the rest of the system and made sure it was working properly then left. The bill was less that I expected for a after hours repair and they were quick. I would recommend 3C to anyone.

Because Hallmark Heating & Air Conditioning out of Killeen had performed such a botched installation prior to us buying our house in 2007, no one was willing to look at replacing our system because performing an accurate load calculation was virtually impossible. The pre-purchase home inspector never informed us any possible HVAC issues. Even though the house with the original system had only been built in 2003, it had proven to be a total disaster. From the moment we moved in it never worked right. A true nightmare. After I called an end to the never ending $1500-$2000 service calls every year, we went over two years using five window units on a 3500 sq.ft. house barely ten years old. The previous system was so inefficient, even with us using only window units our utility bills still dropped from $550-$600 per month down to around $300-$350. To put in a new system, we were looking at tearing out all the original system including the upstairs air handler, a large amount of sheetrock and the original ductwork just to start. I was so fed up I even had the regional Carrier rep travel 2.5 hours from Dallas to inspect the original 2003 install. When he saw our predicament, he just looked down at the floor, shook his head and said, Who did this? I said, Hallmark Heating & Cooling out of Killeen. The guy that worked on the original install was standing right there and tried to worm his way out of saying he had anything to do with it even though I distinctly remember his involvement because of the earring he wore when he came out to answer numerous service calls. When we called Lochridge Priest to come out they wouldnt even give an estimate. Bottom line? We took out a HELOC, I got a few estimates and pulled the trigger with 3C Mechanical. Good God!!! They kicked butt. They removed all the old system, put in two new Rheem units, balanced the system and were in an out in less than a week. The entire house is now perfectly comfortable at higher settings than before. Our first utility bill was $196.00. WOW!!! Theyre professional, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough, really. Give Bill & Daniel Curry, the father and son, the opportunity to prove themselves and I can promise you wont regret it.

David and his team are GREAT! I recently moved to Waco and they walked multiple properties with me and gave multiple quotes before we decided on our current one. They installed two new HVAC systems for me - one in the main house and one in a garage conversion. With the two efficient systems my electric bill is 40% lower than the previous one system and both buildings cool/heat perfectly. David is very responsive to emails/calls and is by far the best and most trust-worthy HVAC company Ive ever dealt with and Ill be recommending them to all my friends/family and using them for my investment properties to come!
