Was one of the few people to first look into wv. My wife and I decided to custom build Sept/Oct 2017. We love everything about our house!! Oh and the green belt behind our house is just beautiful to look at. Ive never been a fan of HOA but the HOA here isnt bad. Neighbors are Awesome. Looking forward to our 2nd home here in wv when our family expands. -

Excellent builder with a quality product. Alisha the new home specialist was great to work with and exhibited stellar communication. There were no surprises and they stuck to their word. I see their long term commitment to building out this community with the professionalism they exhibited. Happy to have found them and this community. -

My wife and I werent even in the market to buy a new home, but I had heard about Whisper Valley and their innovative and eco-friendly practices, and my wife and I stopped by on a whim a couple months ago while in the area. From the moment we stepped into the Pacesetter model home (Veloway model, which is the same model we ended up purchasing) and talked to Alisha Battle, we knew we had found our new home (the development and the house itself).Alisha gave us an overview of the community and answered our questions for almost an hour (we were very curious... we also didnt realize that most of our questions could have been answered at the Discovery Center just up the road since our questions were mostly about the development than about the specifics of Pacesetters houses, but that didnt stop Alisha from patiently answering all of our questions). We looked at houses and talked to sales specialists from all five builders in Whisper Valley, but Alisha was far and away the most responsive and on the ball out of all the builders, sending us more detailed answers to our questions or links to related information minutes after we would walk out the door. She also replied to our barrage of emails very quickly, often within minutes, and always on the same day, even if it meant staying past her working hours to get us a reply. She was warm and welcoming every time we walked through her door (and we walked through that door quite a few times!), and even if she was in the middle of dealing with other customers, shed take a moment to welcome us and make us feel at home. Shes a very big reason why we ended up going with Pacesetter, and were glad that shell still be around the neighborhood for many years to come, as she adds a lot to the wonderful energy and spirit of this awesome development. We also had a fantastic experience with our superintendent Gerardo who made sure that every single thing on our inspection and first walk list was addressed and fixed beyond our expectations, and he even found several things himself (including one major structural element that was within code and wasnt noted by our inspector but that he thought should be addressed anyway for the long-term benefit of the house) that he had fixed or added to make sure the house was working optimally for our move-in. Hes been back several times since closing to check in on us and answer any questions weve had. Between Gerardo and Alisha, my wife and I felt extremely confident that we were making a good decision in buying a Pacesetter home, and so far our new Veloway and our two new friends at Pacesetter Homes have far exceeded our expectations.Update #1: After posting this I read through the other reviews (and I had seen a few similar reviews before when doing research about Whisper Valley). I definitely feel for any residents dealing with problems with their new homes. Having said that, the same day we closed on our house, Whisper Valley hosted a special HOA meeting my wife and I attended that brought together top representatives from the developer and builders, as well as top experts in their fields to discuss some of the issues residents have been dealing with. While I cant speak for how problems were dealt with during the first year of the development, the meeting was a very reassuring sign that both the developers and builders are committed to addressing issues raised by residents and having an open dialogue with them. In talking to several homeowners after the meeting, even the ones whove had any issues with their homes are extremely happy with their homes overall, as well as Whisper Valley as a whole. In general what we saw at the meeting was a strong community with tight bonds that seemed to love being a part of something new and different, and we came away from the meeting very encouraged about being new members of this community. -

Alisha Battle, the incredible amazing onsite representative for Pacesetter Homes in Whisper Valley deserves 10 stars! She helped my sweet deserving Marine client find his incredible forever smart home. Pacesetter knocked it out of the park with this gorgeous one story home that included plantation shutters, designer kitchen ,huge back yard, and upgrades through out. Not to mention solar panels, geo thermal heating and cooling makes it one of the most energy efficient homes in Austin. The Pacesetter staff left no stone unturned to prepare the house for closing. I definitely will be showing and hopefully selling more homes in Whisper Valley. Alisha helped my client and I so much, and she was always available when we had question. Thank you Pacesetter! -

This place looks like its going to be amazing! The only thing I wonder is how long it will be affordable for. The list of planned amenities seems pretty endless. Very progressive. -
