The neighborhood is family friends with waterways, fountains, and trails for anyone wanted to go outside. Even though it is jot a gated community, it looks fairly safe for family and children. The seller Counselor is very nice and tries to work with you as much as possible to maximize incentives for house buying, even at hours outside their business times. I really appreciate the time that Phong (one of the Meritage homes counselor) spent so much time to help us out to ensure I got the home I wanted.

Good place to live. I had seem other places but after looking inside the complex I decided to live here. Remarkable to say Susana was very important for my decision because her availability to help and answer very quickly any doubts and questions.

Meritage builds a quality home.Watch out for your tax burden to go up a year after you move in because when you closed it was calculated on unimproved land and you put your beautiful new home on it and greatly improved the taxable value of your property.

Amazing community with beautiful scenic places.. if you ever want to take beautiful pics then you should go around this neighborhood.. their fountains and sunset are my favoriteeeee!!!
