I am working with James Presley on my home purchasing journey. He has been nothing short of amazing. He goes above and beyond and even answers the many questions that i may have (some of the questions I ask are asked maybe 2x) lol. He made my home buying process easy and stress free. I went to buy in the Wayside community about a year ago. I dont know who I was working with at the time, but he (a heavyset Hispanic male) was rude and treated me like I was broke from the moment I walked in. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged about even trying to be a homeowner.Fast forward to September when I returned to the Wayside community. I walked in and was greeted by a guy named James Presley. From the moment I entered, I could feel the positive energy in the room. James smiled at me and told me to give him one brief second, and he would be right with me. After finishing up with other customers, he came right over to me and my three-year-old daughter, offering her a snack and a tablet to play with.James began to ask me questions to personalize my home buying process. He made me feel like I could do anything, including becoming a homeowner. He took his time, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and I never felt rushed. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell a home for a commission; he genuinely cared about what I cared about. He provided suggestions, presented options, and made me feel like my thoughts and concerns were being considered.He showed me floor plans, was knowledgeable about the area, and not once did he make me feel like I couldnt handle business with my three-year-old daughter right there with me. Throughout the entire home buying process, James stuck with me, called me to check in, and made sure the loan process was going smoothly. He gave me updates on the house and reminded me when I needed to turn in paperwork. He treated me like family, and because of that, Starlight really needs to reward this man!If you are looking to buy a home, if you are a first-time homebuyer, or if you’re unsure whether you even want to own a home, I recommend walking into Starlight on Wayside for any community-related inquiries and personally asking to work with James Presley.
