This subdivision is fantastic. The sales rep is top notch. Alanna is so responsive, knowledgeable, kind with the most amazing customer service skills and organization. These builders are top notch. Jayden works hard to make his homeowners happy and he has a lot of pride in his work and it shows. ❤️

Great experience from start to finish. Ryan was very quick to reply & had a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. As a realtor I work with a lot of sales reps & I can say Ryan went above and beyond to make sure it was a seamless experience!

Alana was amazing throughout the home buying process of several of my clients (I think 3). She is knowledgeable, and is always available to answer my client’s questions.Jayden is young but don’t let that fool you, he is a great builder. He is ready to help each client with the building part of their home. I throughly enjoyed working with both Alana and Jayden. Great community with beautiful floor plans to choose from. If you’re heading out to take a look make sure you ask for Alanna! Alanna is top notch when it comes to customer service.

Amy Greenberg is excellent! Be sure to ask for Amy if youre going out to look at this community in Josephine it is terrific, what a great price. Super cute style.
