Becky Avila Flores – Becky is a sales rep at the Village Farm Tiny Home community in Austin. She is wonderful to work with! She is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable in the area of tiny homes. I first met Becky in July of 2022 when she gave me a golf cart tour of the Village Farm Tiny Home community. She explained key features of each home and pointed out specific lot locations which are important considerations. We toured the farmhouse, the barn, pools, and dog parks. She provided maps showing available lots and models. She answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured in the process.Becky has developed a very strong presence on social media. She brings farm life to you through her videos. She is hard at work giving you personal walk-throughs of the tiny homes and showing live views of daily life on the farm. She features current events like the fresh farm produce sales on Saturday mornings, monthly events for the residents, and sales specials which change from time to time.Becky encouraged me to “try them on” before buying. Taking her advice, I have stayed at the farm seven different times in the past year. I stayed in the Magnolia, Seabreeze, and Sedona models. This helped narrow and solidify my choice of available tiny home models. It also gave me the opportunity to meet many of the residents on the farm and experience what it is to live there. If you are interested in learning more about tiny home life or purchasing a tiny home, give Becky a call. She is warm, welcoming and ready to show you the homes and lifestyle offered at Village Farm.

What a charming community and a pleasure to be on site this weekend! Sandra Zuniga hosted me at the model home and very professionally walked me through all models of homes, the amenities, and financing for a purchase. Sandra knew all elements of the community and answered all my questions. What impeccable and professional service!

Nice tiny home. Good furniture, and good amount of space. Great little coffee shop next to the office. Abdullah was a big help for any questions, or concerns. Would definitely come back when visiting next time!

I had a great experience at the Village Farm Tiny Home community today. I already had a tour scheduled for tomorrow with Becky by Daniela, but I was already in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. Maria was at the front desk and even though I was there without an appointment, she was able to accommodate me. She was just as friendly and helpful as Daniela had been on the phone. She gave me a nice folder of all the relevant info, and led me on a thorough guided tour of each and every floor plan and the community at large! She was very friendly, personable, and made me feel welcome. We shared some good laughs as we cruised around on the golf cart and I was able to take it all in. We even had a nice conversation before I split where Maria answered all my remaining questions and concerns. The people who work here are super warm and friendly!

I was originally scheduled for a tour with Becky after I flew in from Paris, France (where I now live as an American expat) to see about purchasing a home in Village Farm for living part time. I was told Becky was transitioning to another role and that Oralia Munoz would show me around. Oralia turned out to be lovely, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability in regards to life in Village Farm. I appreciate her taking the time to show me around on a golf cart and go out of her way to get access to keys for entry to some of the amenities so that I could get a full idea of the community. When I had questions after the fact about certain models, she graciously answered me over text as well. While I still have to contemplate this big decision and have general questions about the general management of the property and future plans for it, I do appreciate Oralia and what she did for me. I can tell she cares about her job and works very hard.

Stopped by and took a last minute tour with Oralia. She was very sweet and accommodating and showed us every part of the complex. She offered us tons of water. The property itself is really cute with lots of amenities. Each house feels so cozy and seeing neighbors but their personal touch on theirs is great! Definitely worth checking out :)

Absolutely loved this place. Came with two friends to see the community. Becky was amazing, a gracious host and a good saleswoman. Place was clean, quiet and seemed safe. I was impressed with the models shown. I can picture myself living here. Would definitely consider making this home.

This is an awesome place to stay! We were here for 5 days and used the pool everyday. It’s a 15 min drive to downtown Austin. We went to Esters Follies and the escape game. Had a blast. We stayed in The capital tiny home. It has great water pressure for showers and comfy beds. Abdullah was very attentive to our needs! Highly recommend☺️

Becky was such a joy to speak with today! From setting up the appt to showing us the community for our client- she was knowledgeable, fun to speak with, and all around a pleasure to meet with! What a great community she has helped develop! Thanks for taking the time to speak to us as we help our client purchase a tiny home!!

Ive been at VF since April 2022, and Ive had my ups and downs here. This is a growing community and they are still working out some kinks; however, the people who live here really make this place feel like home (especially phase 1 on the farm side). Over the last several months, RC has made vast improvements on the landscaping and amenities on the farm side, and they even held a town hall to listen to and address the residents remaining concerns. While its not perfect and there is still room to grow and improve, I recommend giving this place a shot. Once youre here, you wont want to leave.

Beautiful homes! They are well built and just so nice. When inside, you dont even feel like your in a tiny home. As far as prices go, ya they are a lot but if you look around Austin housing is expensive so for all you get Id say $100,000 is reasonable. Im waiting to see how the new spots turn out before making any decisions on purchasing but definitely in my radar.

We enjoyed the open house with Rebecca and Stephen. They gave us a lot of information before we went to see each tiny home. There were 4 of us that checked the houses out. The houses are very modern and no more than 399 square feet each. My sister and I each found a tiny home we want to buy.

We hosted a booth at Village Farm recently and it was awesome! We can’t wait to come back to the block party and bring friends looking to downsize. This community seems to have it all!

Steven thoroughly showed us the property. The tiny homes are so innovative, in this housing market, this is definitely an eco friendly lifestyle, less than 10mi from downtown. Cant wait for my paperwork to clear!

Many thanks and a special shout out to Roberts Communities: On June 20 , I purchased (special order) a washer/dryer from Home Depot for my TH. On July 10—the day it was to be delivered—I received a mea culpa call from HD stating that they had made a mistake and my w/d would “probably” not be available until the end of the year😱 I cancelled my order.I contacted EVERY appliance dealer in this area and even talked to the appliance manufacturer (Charolette, NC) to try to expedite a new order—no luck. I then contacted and spoke to several different people with Roberts to see if they could help me purchase the SAME special model. It wasn’t long before our diligent Rebecca became involved and through her efforts (and Roberts) I was able to purchase my new w/d.These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I am so very grateful. 💙

Village Farm is really starting to turn things around with the help and passion of sales manager Rebecca Powers. We knew there would be bumps as part of the founders club, but our voices have been heard. I would now recommend this community to anyone considering going tiny.

Interesting new concept in Austin of tiny houses. Ideally to be used as Air B&B locations during local events at the Travis County Expo Center. Like living in a trailer park with a little fancier homes.
