The team at Meritage homes helped make the process as seamless and efficient as possible.This started with our sales consultant Nick, who was knowledgeable and thorough as we toured several models.Our loan consultant Carrie displayed great communication throughout l, answered all our questions and was always on top of things to ensure that we would be able to close without any delays.And lastly the construction manager Jay was very informative regarding the house warrantys and teaching us the ins and outs of the house, and providing his contact in case any issues arise.Would def recommend Meritage to any prospective buyers!

I recently bought my first home and I chose to go with Meritage. Nick Brady made the buying process extremely easy. He answered any questions we had, made himself available when needed, and let the home sell itself. Overall, we felt well informed but not overwhelmed by a sales pitch. If you are looking to buy, make sure to ask for him!
