My family and I moved in to the community April 2024. We are so incredibly happy here. The approval process was so fast and easy. The office staff are extremely friendly and inviting. On move in day, my front door was wrapped with a BOW! We had a little ribbon cutting ceremony. It was so sweet. And the inside of the home was clean, move in ready, and a little thank you package for us in the kitchen from the office. When I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved immediately. I am extremely happy here. I doubt I will ever move. The neighborhood is so quiet all the time. My son really enjoys the pool and basketball court. I would 10/10 recommend living here to a close friend or relative. Amazing place to raise a family.

Let me tell you about Kendall Brook! Aside from the management changing and not knowing whats going on in the office, the community and house are absolutely fantastic! My family loved our rental and have had one of the best years of our lives here. The house was well built and spacious with all the comfort and quality meeting our familys needs throughout the year. The community pool is my daughters favorite part! My wife and I loved the security built-in to the house and the quiet of the neighborhood. The staff was always friendly (even when I was not). I truly can not say enough about the willows. We would have loved to stay, but of course, due to the economy, we no longer can. But believe me when I say if we could stay here until our forever house we most definitely would!

Potentially rating too high but I can be forgiving...Move-in experience was horrible. No one answered the phone or returned emails. My realtor and I called constantly to get information on the application and once it was finally approved, it took 2-3 additional weeks to get the lease, which was signed about one day before moving in. Excuse was lack of staff, but emails and voicemails were rarely returned.Once we arrived at the leasing office on move in day at the agreed upon time, staff was at lunch, so we had to wait an hour for them to get back after driving 8 hours from out of town!The home is fine. Obviously a fast built community, so there are issues with flooring, doors sealing, and outlets not working.Now that the office is staffed, they are very responsive and friendly. Maintenance is fairly quick. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and people are also friendly. Easy access to grocery stores and lots of nearby food options.After all is said and done, I thoroughly enjoy living here and think its a great option for anyone looking for a home experience without buying a home.

Nichols was excellent in explaining to my daughter the different floor plans inside and out. He also answered our questions and explained the application processI recommend him to everyone.Also Jessica was very pleasant on the phone and answered questions.

While our experience with previous management wasn’t the best, ever since Jessica and Nichalos began working here things have definitely improved. We used to have to play phone tag in order to speak to anyone at the office and now everytime we call in, Nichalos is always picking up and able to assist. The previous property manager was always so hard to contact and it took forever to hear back from them but with Jessica, I am able to stay in constant communication with her and she goes out of her way to assist me with any questions I may have!
