Working with Megan Wilkinson at The Overlook by Village Homes was pure joy. Right from the start, she was warm, friendly and helpful but, mostly she was knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and allowed me to see as many houses I wanted in order for me to find the house I wanted to call home. I am and will be forever grateful to Megan Wilkinson for her guidance and support in helping me find my dream home.

She provided a comprehensive tour of the properties I was interested in and offered detailed explanations. Megans attentiveness and dedication were evident when she went out of her way to meet me on her day off, allowing me to show the house to my parents. I viewed this community for my clients and I was impressed, a gated community in this price range! Wow! The sales person Megan was incredible to work with. The sized of the lots were a concern for my clients so she pulled up a list of other DR properties that would work for us. She truly went up and beyond our expectations, even meeting with us later to personally show us the homes and explain the benefits of buying from DR Horton. 5 Stars from US at Ellis Realty Group!

The wonderful Team at D.R. Horton Overlook was so friendly, helpful and made the Buyer’s feel very comfortable. The entire Buying process was explained to them, without any pressure.They were given options to choose from, great incentives and were even hooked up with a helpful, knowledgeable DHI Loan Officer.They loved that the Community was Gated, near I-820, Shops, Restaurants and not far from Lake Worth where Friends and Family live.
