I was searching for new homes for my buyers and found the Reatta Ridge community had several homes that met their criteria. I had not shown Lillian Custom Homes before, but knew other agents who were very happy with their experience, as well as their buyers. Prior to viewing, I was in contact with Rachael, the internet sales manager, who provided me with so much information to pass on to my buyers, as well as a fantastic list of incentives. We met with the site salesperson, Walt Day, this weekend, and he is a treasure! So knowledgeable, engaging, and a great sense of humor. My buyers saw four homes that met what they were looking for and chose one to be their home. They are very happy with the neighborhood, the quality of the build, and pricing that we didnt expect to be so good. Once this one closes, I would be happy to find other buyers to introduce to Reatta Ridge. Great people and great experience!
