My wife and I just purchased our home with Castlerock in Magnolia Springs and love it! From the very start of the process, Carlos Valle made the process very smooth and easy. Carlos was very responsive through the entire process, answering any questions we had and making sure we were prepared for each step, as this was our first home. The home itself is lovely, with top notch features. The Castlerock team offered a competitive deal for a gorgeous home that made buying here in this area with them a no brainer. I recommend Castlerock and especially Carlos, to anyone considering buying a home. (Images are of model home but we purchased the same floor plan, trinity, and love it!)

We just bought our first home with Castlerock at Magnolia springs in Montgomery and I have to say it was such an easy process. My wife fell in love with the rio grande floor plan when she saw it and we had to get it. Sales representative Carlos Valle was such a great help throughout our home buying process. He was very diligent and made sure that everything moved along quickly for our 20 day start to finish close. Kudos to Castlerock and Carlos for the amazing home and all of their help. My husband and I have been working with Carlos for our new home in Magnolia. Carlos has been communicating and updating us throughout the process. The home is amazing Cole and his crew did an amazing job on the build. We’re so excited and happy with it all. The neighborhood is very quiet and some people we’ve met in the neighborhood are very friendly. I would definitely refer anyone who is searching for a home to Carlos and Castlerock.

It was a smooth and amazing experience with Castlerock. They were able to meet our expectations in building our house. Special thanks to Carlos Valle, our sales consultant, whom has been very helpful and friendly from the very beginning. He is very professional and responds in timely manner whenever we have questions. Also to Cole, construction manager, who made it possible to finish our house on time. He was able to address our concerns right away. We highly recommend both of them.

Beautiful new community surrounded by huge green trees!!! The model home is gorgeous with high ceilings and multiple large windows to bring that amazing view to your living room! Cozy but at the same time open concept providing to all family members for their own space. Sales Consultant was very sweet and helpful! This is a great place to have a good balance between country live and convenience distance to shopping and entertainment...

The process in the beginning was exciting and very thorough however when we were a couple months in it seemed like I had to pull teeth to get updates out of the sales team. Thankfully Louis Espinoza stepped up and made it easy to start getting updates. Even though Carlos came in very late in the process he was also extremely friendly and responsive! Regardless, everybody we dealt with throughout this process was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely use Castlerock again!
