    Great place to live. After living at Litsey Cottages for just over a month, Sidney and Xavier in the leasing office have been great to deal with and made the move in process easy. Their maintenance team, Keaton and Tony, have been quick to resolve any minor issues upon move in to ensure my new home was in perfect condition. Very quiet location with quick access to food and shopping. Very well-maintained property. Thank you Litsey team and management!

    We found this place at the most perfect time! After having to unexpectedly move from our previous apartment, we found Litsey Creek and were welcomed with open arms! We have had an amazing experience in the 3 months we have lived here. The staff is efficient in responding and attentive to their residents needs and requests.     We recently moved in and are already appreciating the clean and quiet community. Despite a few hiccups on move-in day, Keaton came to the rescue and immediately scheduled a deep clean and actioned on some minor repairs, so that our scheduled movers could still come next day — absolutely appreciated! Management has been welcoming and quick to provide support. We appreciated Xavier’s professionalism throughout the entire application process.     The CUTEST homes!!! We are so happy to live here. We moved in about 2 months ago and it’s been a great experience.Maintenance is friendly, prompt, and does a good job, the management is awesome which is so rare in a rental community, the grounds are well maintained, the amenities are top notch, and all our neighbors are so kind and keep their areas looking nice.With 2 small kids it’s perfect for our little growing family and would’ve been great before kids too. The fact that we can have a detached home, yard, garage, and all brand new and modern is so wonderful!Plus the location is fabulous. Super close to food and shopping but on a quiet street. And a park with a big playing field, basketball court, and fishing ponds right next door too! Perfect balance.

    If you are thinking about moving here, just do it!We moved here recently and love it so far. The application process was smooth. The office staff are respectful and nice. Sidney is amazing. Any issues we had, she fixed it quickly. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. I highly recommend it because we wanted a family oriented neighborhood and we finally got it. No loud neighbors. No smoking neighbors. People pick up their dog’s poop. People are friendly. The grocery stores are near by. And the houses are nice inside and out.

    We moved in a little over a month ago! Love it here. Very quaint and peaceful. Love the concrete walking trails, the pool, small gathering room and gym.Mainly I would like to recognize the staff with their outstanding customer service. Keaton, Tony and John are always on the go! The makeready was perfect, they helped us when we were moving in and locked ourselves out, and everyday have a smile on their face and are so kind. Lilly and the other sweet lady in the office did everything to help us feel welcome as well as stress free application and leasing. Great group, love it here!

    My experience at Litsey Creek Cottages has been all positive. Sydney and Lily were fantastic during the touring and move-in process, making everything smooth and easy despite some IT hiccups.Keaton promptly handled a few last-minute maintenance requests after I moved in and was super helpful and friendly.The community is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. While its a bit on the pricey side, the overall process has been straightforward and hassle-free, really enjoying it here so far.

    My wife and I have been living here for a week now and we have really enjoyed it so far. Tony and Keaton have been great maintenance guys! Our A/C stopped working the day of Move in and Tony came out late at night to install a window unit for us. I must also add that Ive been to a lot of apartments and homes and theyve usually not been cleaned or prepared very well for the next resident to live there. Our home was turned around by Tony and Keaton very well! The home was like new when we moved in which was a good start to our new living situation.

    I recently helped do a move here, and I was stunned by how nice the place was. Its far enough away from the city to be peaceful, but close enough that you can still easily reach everything.The property was clean and well maintained, Keaton (and Tony) really have things under control, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly community and well designed neighborhood.The inside of the homes is spacious, full of amenities, and you even get a code for your front door, how cool is that?All in all, be sure to check this place out if you are in the area, you wont regret it.

    Keaton, the maintenance tech at Litsey Creek Cottages, has been incredibly helpful and reliable. Every time something has needed fixing in my unit, hes been quick to respond and has done an excellent job. Whether its a small issue or a larger repair, Keaton handles it with professionalism and efficiency. Its great to have someone so dependable and skilled on the team.

    Moving into a newly constructed property always has unique challenges. I am the first resident in my Litsey Creek Cottage and Ive had to submit a handful of work orders. The maintenance team of Keaton, Tony and John have always responded quickly and effectively. I have found the Litsey Creek Staff very easy to work with.

    I wanted to share how pleased we have been with maintenance while living here. Keaton, Tony and John have ALWAYS been quick to solve any problems we run into. They also check back up on us to make sure we haven’t had any other problems! They take pride in their work and the community here at Litsey Creek. We are sad to move away from this area knowing we won’t have them to call! If anyone is thinking of moving here just know they will take care of you!

    I want to send a long overdue shout out to the highly responsive and very skilled maintenance team at LCC. For various reasons when our family moved in there were some areas that needed attention and not only did these guys fix the issues they are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Over various issues that were just one time problems they handled them like the pros they are. Antonio. John. Leo. and Keaton. Thank you for the work on the AC motor, the ceiling leak due to a pan issue, changing the filters, and help with the garage door. Thanks for the advice on some other move in issues we got resolved. The group of guys that fixed the sheetrock and the showerhead were also fast efficient and knowledgable. Cris helped us get bolts set in the garage even tho he isnt maintenance and helped us with our lease setup and answers all my questions. At a time where we really needed a place to call home, the LCC staff has delivered.

    We have lived here since July & have said numerous times we wanted to release. The community is quiet, always clean, & I feel safe living here! Coming from a bad experience with our last apartment complex, this community has been so refreshing & relieving. Maintenance is always attentive, timely, & friendly. We had a great experience with Cris C in the leasing office when we were signing our lease & he was extremely helpful & nice! Thank you to all the staff for a great living experience.

    Had a wonderful virtual experience for our apartment tour. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He even gave us some tips for the area, which is comforting when deciding whether or not to rent without an in-person tour or knowing the area. All interactions were very prompt and very professional. We decided to rent somewhere with more outdoor space and closet storage, but overall it was a great experience interacting with them!

    I moved into the cottages this past weekend and had several concerns about things that needed to be fixed. Sydney was very responsive when I explained all the issues, she placed work orders for me and the maintenance team was there the same day. Antonio was very impressive, he was training a young man named John that day who was so polite and did a great job fixing all the caulking in the half-bath. Antonio was so patient with me as I walked him through the house to show him what needed to fixed. Some of the things were not actually broken, like the windows. He provided some education and even helped me practice open and close the windows until I was able to do it on my own. He addressed most of the work orders, and assured he would be back the next day to complete the rest. Antonio is such an asset to this community, I have a sense of peace knowing anytime I have issues he will do is absolute best to fix it.

    Litsey Creek Cottages is such a cute place to live. I love my new neighborhood, the people are nice and the staff is Amazing. The woman leasing agent with the blonde hair was no doubt one of the most kind, caring, and helpful people out there and this property is very lucky to have her. The maintenance staff is also incredible and the property is always kept clean and trim. Couldnt say enough good things about this property and I would definitely recommend living here.

    I love my new apartment cottage. It is the perfect size. The customer service from the front office to maintenance is spot on. It has great amenities at the clubhouse (2 pools!) and a nice gym with lots of equipment options. I have great neighbors and it feels like home. I highly recommend if anyone is looking to rent an apartment cottage.

    Litsey Creek Cottages by far is the best community that my family have found. We love Roanoke and this community. The maintenance crew are the best! I would like to give a huge thank you to Tony, Dave and Robert. These guys are very polite and professional when coming to fix anything in our home. Tony is the first person that responds to after hour calls and he is prompt to answer and he solves any issues no matter how early or late in the day.

    Amazing staff, safe community & the best upgrade ever!!Two months in and it not only feels like weve lived here longer, but it definitely feels like home. Going from apartment living to this was a no brainer. Between the pond view and the cute, welcoming look of the community, Litsey Creek Cottages is amazing! Not to mention the fantastic staff and how hard they work daily to make living at Litsey Creek the absolute best! Shout out to our property manager Denise, for always going above and beyond-and to the rest of the perfect Litsey staff: Lily, Cris, & Kait, you all are amazing in everything you do and Litsey wouldnt be the same without any of you! Also, major props to the awesome maintenance crew Dave, Tony & Robert. They are always doing their best to fix problems ASAP. They not only get the job done, but they are quick about it and they do a superb job keeping everything running smooth. Did I mention the community amenities? Huge, crystal clear pool (soon to be x2), a loaded gym with everything you could ask for, super cute lounge area with daily, complimentary coffee, and they are pet friendly. If I had a dog, I would definitely take them to Litsey Creek Cottages private dog park! If youre looking for something spacious, like a house, but arent ready to commit to buying a house, renting at Litsey Creek Cottages is the way to go. All the perks of apartment living, and then some, without the limited space of an apartment and without sharing a wall, floor, or ceiling with your neighbors. I would highly recommend checking them out and seeing for yourself how beautiful this community really is!!

    I am beyond impressed and so happy to call Litsey Creek my new home! Starting our search for a new home was stressful as it is for everyone. From the moment we entered Litsey Creek we just knew it was going to be the place for us. We worked with Denise and i have to applaud her on her outstanding professionalism and Patience with us. We had visited Litsey Creek about 4 times before finalizing just because we wanted to make sure we were choosing the right floor plan. I have never worked with someone who has been so impressive as Denise. She kept in touch with us the entire time our unit was progressing. Very informative! She stayed after her work hours to help us finalize our decision. I could tell she wanted us to be happy and not rushing us to sign anything. Once again i am beyond thrilled to call Litsey Creek our new home. It is an absolutely beautiful property but honestly truly it was the staff that sold this place to us.     I’ve lived here for about a week, have not had any time to meet and neighbors l but I can already tell by the atmosphere that this is the place to be. Super clean, well kept, far enough away from the highway so I do not hear any road noise and close enough to hop on to get to work. By far the best location for a complex.Kait did a fantastic job in finding the best spot for me, very kind, sweet, knowledgeable, always ready to help assist in any way she can!Thank you Kait, for all your hard work and the easy transition into my new home!

    We are enjoying our time living at litsey creek! it’s a great in between house until we are able to buy next year. it’s quiet, and have made new friends in our neighborhood. they are dog friendly and each home has it’s own backyard and a dog park too! maintenance and office staff always address any issues in a timely manner and we love the fun monthly activities they do. the permanent bracelet pop up was our fav! ◡̈

    ***UPDATE***Litsey Creek maintenance resolved the irrigation issue and their community manager has been very communicative during the process. Were back to being a happy residents again! :)The maintenance order was closed even though the problem was not fixed. The office staff was made aware that the irrigation pipe was still broken and they have yet to fix the issue, still after almost a week. The front walkway through the neighborhood is a slick muddy mess every-time the irrigation kicks on due to the leak. I guess it’s going to take someone falling or the ground under the sidewalk eroding before they decide to fix it.

    I live nearby, so I saw this place when they first put up the sign for construction. And as soon as the homes started coming together, I said, yup that’s gonna be home soon.I came in, met Kaitlynn. She was so nice and professional from the beginning and answered any and all questions or concerns I had throughout the application process. She was able to get me into their last bigger 3 bdrm model home, and I absolutely cannot wait to come home in June. This place is already a yes from me!

    All of the daily available staff leasing/maitence are awesome. They are always helpful, fast and efficient with any need and definitely deserve 5 Stars.I would put 5 stars but I am very dissappointed in the whoever decided to take away one of the amenities promised as becoming a resident being removed after we moved in! I do not understand how they can promote free coffee, hot chocolate 24 hours availability to their residents and take away after we have signed a lease.This in my opinion is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is almost like being scammed. It may seem trivial but it was one of the perks that helped me in making the choice of living here.

Better then renting a traditional house because of amenities and better then renting a traditional apartment because no one is on top beside or below you.

    Finding somewhere new to live is always stressful especially when you own a pet. I looked at different places in surrounding cities but ultimately wanted to stay in Roanoke. A friend told me about Litsey Creek and we both submitted an application. I’m not sure if what sold us were the cute townhomes or the excellent service we received from Lily. She has been amazing in answering all my annoying questions. I cannot wait to call Litsey Creek my new home.
