Absolutely love Terra Del Sol! We just bought our first home here, and have had an amazing experience with K. Hovnanian. Searching for a new house during the pandemic has not been easy and very stressful. Our sales rep., Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided us through the process and was just so polite and sweet. She even went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. The neighborhood is wonderful and the homes are so beautiful at a great price point. Highly recommend

I found Ashley Stenger very professional. She is extremely patient and diligent. She follows through every step during the home purchase. She took the time to answer all of my questions with great attention to detail. Ashley did an excellent job in communicating with the other realtor. She puts her buyers interest at the top. She goes above and beyond the responsibility of a new builder sales and even helps me problem solve my issues. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, it is close to supermarkets and schools with a good reputation, I went to get information about the homes and Ashley, a very kind lady with excellent customer service, helped me, she was very cordial when showing me the model home and gave me all the information I needed at that time.
