I met Robert while looking at homes in Lexington Heights. This neighborhood was not quite what I’m looking for, as I want something in a small town with a small town feel. Robert mentioned there were upcoming homes in Huntsville and Montgomery, and has kept me up to date status of each of these areas. Out of all of the sales people that I have met over the last four or five months during my search, Robert, by far, has been the most helpful and communicative. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a new home!!

Even though my real estate clients chose a different builder (simply because K. Hovnanian only had 2 homes to choose from in their price range and they didnt like the location), my clients and I both found the quality of K. Hovnanian homes superior and their homes look very high end and they loved the tankless hot water heater standard in their homes. The elevation of the homes make them really stand out in the neighborhood. In addition, Robert Worthy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and communicates really well what K. Hov has to offer. I hope to bring more clients to Lexington Heights to consider a home with this builder!

As both an agent and someone who works often with various builders throughout Houston, my wife and I choose to purchase here. They have several competitors in the area, however for the quality home they build at this price, location, amenities and low tax rate, we are very happy with our investment. Amanda was top notch and always kept us in the loop during the process. The builder walks were thorough and all requests were handled. The lender did a phenomenal job and locked in a below market rate and got us to closing in less than 30 days. Highly recommend 👌

My wife and I are excited that the physical construction of our new KHovnanian Home has actually begun. This will be the 7th house my wife and I have built together and we both agree it has been the most pleasant to work through. Amanda Nelson, Sales Consultant, began the process and she has been a treasure to work with. Our visit to the KHovnanian Homes Design Center, was another pleasurable experience because Shannon Doughty made it that way. Gaye and I will not hesitate to recommend KHovnanian Homes. I almost failed to mention their Construction Supervisor, Ishmael Adame, is an extremely personable guy and he provides us weekly progress reports via txt and/or email. We cant say enough good about this builder. We are not use to such courteous professionalism. Thank you, KHovnanian Homes
