    I’ve done a few door dash runs to this neighborhood. Driving into the neighborhood you can feel the design and vibes rushing to you. One of the most enjoyable drives I’ve experienced. Landscape was amazing, street names were well picked. Beautiful establishment for even a brief experience

    Inspiration in my opinion was like a true to life Mr. Rogers neighborhood. I accidentally stumbled across Inspiration and so happy I did. I truly couldnt believe what my eyes were seeing. Its a huge community and everything seemed perfect. The grass was plush and green. The landscaping was well maintained as well. One would think the HOA dues would be 500.00 a month, however it was only 1,100 a year. Freaking amazing. They also have many pools within the community. They have a main pool with a lazy river. They have a full gym, with an event center. They only thing missing was their own Target. LolOn a serious note, it was a very beautiful neighborhood with walking trails bike trails and the perfect place to raise a family.

    New , growing, upscale developing community, safe, modern, beautiful park, clean, well kept , excellent amenities locate just north of Plano Tx. Excellent schools, great place for family living.

    I’ve sold many new builds in this community and I keep bringing my clients back. I didn’t have a fresh photo of the amenity center, or shall I say resort but it’s an understatement that it is top of the line. Highlands Homes builds a quality, stunning home that I find hard to compare to any other builder. Their customer service is top of the line and they have represented me an an agent numerous times. I love this community.

    I have purchase a new house in new paradise village, community is great, however main road on entrance is way too narrow. If they have added another lane and slightly wider it would be unbeatable community.I also feel there should have been a commercial outside or adjacent to the community, any ways great place but planner missed on some of the aspects.

    The clubhouse has Great views of land and Lake Lavon, as it sits much higher and nothing obstructs the view, plus the other bldg is a gym with the same view, and both bldgs look onto 3 pools and a floating river - very cool! 😃 A lot of homes in the community. A friend lives there, but we havent been to their home - we were at the clubhouse yesterday celebrating his moms 70th bday!

    Great neighborhood. Has many activities. Disc golf, putting green, zip line, sand volleyball, pickleball, workout pavilion, grill stations, multiple pools. Home values keep going up and rhey have more areas still to develop.

    Really nice and friendly planned neighborhood full of outgoing people. A bit crowded, but the clubhouse, multiple pools, practice putting greens, sand volleyball courts and other amenities make you for how tightly packed the houses are.

    Awesome, Family-Friendly community with some of the Best Amenities available anywhere. The HOA Dues are very reasonable, but be sure you know what your taxes will be before buying 😀. Incredibly Friendly Neighbors, Great Schools & Excellent Builders.

    I ever went down there for fishing before I moved out from Dallas. But, there were no houses built yet, just a big grassy fields. However, I still loved Dallas Texas.

    Great place to live. You can have Plano, and Highland Park. This is a better location and less traffic. A Great place to raise kids or just do Adulting like we do

    Love This community I find my self being more active here close to nature. There is a Mud tax 3,000 builder didnt tell us as well didnt show on closing documents $100 automatic on water bills for wylie serving St Paul.
