Having lived in the Woodland floorplan since late 2023, this house has been great. Like any new build it wasnt perfect, but after a few warranty covered tickets any issues were resolved on schedule. I will say one flaw with my floor plan is that without gutters, the front garden mulch gets washed away. Newer homes now come with gutters to prevent that issue.As for the community itself, I always wave to my neighbors often and everyone is friendly. There is a dog park, but since I dont have pets, it would be nice if there were other community related events that could be sponsored by Legend, like food truck days, or best yard competitions.Suzy and Andy at the sales office were top notch and very accommodating. -

Beautiful 1 story and 2 story homes in this community with a dog park thatβs less than 3 miles from either I-35 or I-20. Great open concepts with granite countertops, Shower and Tub combo in some of their models! Sales Agent Suzy goes above and beyond with great service.
