Great looking development, with a grand beautiful entrance street, in a fantastic city with all the perks youd want to see when choosing a home; a lazy river pool amenity center, trails galore, fantastic school system, and a new school being built right there, easy commute to San Antonio and ready freeway access, but feels home town rural, quaint historic district; the Monticello homes offer not only great styling, but also quality, and nice options, and, just as important, attentive sales agents, like Mandy :)

This neighborhood is amazing. Go see Catrina Lindow. She dose an outstanding job. She is always on top of things so you are never left in the dark. We can’t wait to move into our new house.
