Great little community! We love the instant access to the lake. We can walk our dogs, take our bikes for a ride or run down to Winfrey Point. The convenience is amazing.Our home is well built, and at 11 months, the builder did a complete walk-through for any outstanding issues they would resolve under warranty. We discovered a couple of minor issues that were taken care of within days, so we essentially have a brand new home.The high ceilings and abundant windows make the home light and pleasing.The AC design and spray-foam insulation keep our home at the temperature we like. The electric bill for a family of four is always under $200, even during the hottest July.We have lawn care and outside maintenance included taken care of, so we can lock our door and forget about it until we return.

Nice, quiet, little neighborhood parked back behind old gate shopping center. Perfect location next to the park with views of the lake
