I recently visited Davidson Homes at Applewhite Meadows while shopping for a new home and was highly impressed with both the quality of the homes and the exceptional service provided by Rodrigo Silva.Rodrigo demonstrated outstanding professionalism and thorough knowledge throughout my visit. He listened carefully to my ideas and needs, offering valuable insights and suggestions that showcased his expertise and the quality of Davidson Homes.The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the homes are impeccable. The materials used are top-notch, and the thoughtful design elements in every corner of the homes really stood out. Rodrigo ensured that all my questions were answered, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.

I am so grateful I came across Davidson Homes during my home search. They have so many amazing floor plans so picking the right one was the only difficult part of the process. Rodrigo, the sales rep, really knew how to listen and was able to guide me throughout my buying experience. I didn’t feel pressured plus I took advantage of the sweet 15k in incentives they offered me. I would recommend them to anyone trying to get the most for their dollars!

Rodrigo the consultant here was AWESOME. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his homes, I am a first time homebuyer so the process is a bit overwhelming, but he walked us through every step of the way. I can’t wait to close on my home in July!

If you’re ever in the Applewhite Meadows area looking to purchase a new home, stop by Davidson Homes and speak with Rodrigo; He will make you feel comfortable, and make you want to work with them.Rodrigo was very helpful throughout the home buying process. He explained everything and answered all the questions my wife and I had, going above-and-beyond on more than one occasion. He encouraged open communication with him and with the construction manager, Alvaro and was always flexible.We actually ended up purchasing a home from Davidson Homes in a different community BUT Rodrigo stuck with us, taking the time to travel to the different community (quite a bit away) whenever we needed him. Which truly made us feel valued and appreciated!
