We are so grateful to the Cope Homes team for the time and detail they poured into our home. We are grateful for their kindness, patience and understanding through the whole process. We are very impressed with the involvement of everyone in the company and especially the owner who didn’t hesistate to pick up the phone within a few minutes of receiving an e-mail and talk to us right away.We love being HOME and are so incredibly grateful to be here. We pray for nothing but long term success for Cope Homes and hope that they are in business for many years to come.

From the start of the home buying process Cope Homes was nothing short of amazing. Michelle the sales agent was very attentive to our wants and needs. She made sure that everything we asked for was ready by the time we closed. Now with any home buying process you will have growing pains. Cope Homes acknowledged those pains and made changes swiftly. The new Construction Manager Larry is amazing! Since he has came onboard you can see a huge change in construction time. He is very customer oriented and he keeps his word when given. I’ve been in the community since March and I love it here! I have no regrets on my decision to allow Cope Homes to build my house!
