I am a long-time realtor that was working with out-of-town clients. They needed a home that could accommodate a live-in parent. We couldnβt have asked for any home that fit better than Mark Cope homes! They were accommodating to the variable moving conditions that occurred. They built a home that was far beyond the quality level that you typically find or this price point. Things that are normally considered upgrades such as extensive hard flooring, quartz countertops, cabinet pulls, double ovens, over-sized garages, mud area benches, sink in laundry, two full-sized kitchens, and much more were standard in Mark Cope homes. The entire builder team was very responsive whenever we had any questions. They made it so much easier to make a move between two different states with family in-tow! -
