I lived in this park for about 36 years. Moved out in 2019. I still go to the area to visit some people still there. Can only comment on exterior of community. Its as different as night and day. Trees that needed removed because they looked bad have been and new trees planted. Some older homes have been removed new ones in place. Lots cleaned up. Streets throughout have been repaved. Looks great. From what I saw if the owners of the the park keep it up I would move in again.

This place is a lovely community great staff that are kind and respectful and help you through the process of the home they show you. They are sweet people and run a great community. Love it here and have good experience hope it never changes.

They worked back and forth to get me into a home, almost day and night! Thanks to Kenny S. and Angelic. Ive lived here for a month already and the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance always working around the clock to fix any issues or problems. Aswell as alot of upgrades and new additions I see being made. Great mobile home park. Very pet friendly aswell.

Very professional throughout the process of purchase. Attention to detail to all tasks requested. I am very pleased with this location and security. I recommend to anyone looking for affordable housing in San Antonio to check this place out and the friendly management team.

We just moved to Converse Meadows at the beginning of January. Angelic and Kenny made the process of buying our home with the least amount of stress as possible. There was some work needed to be completed on the home but with their persistence it went very smoothly. The neighborhood is family friendly and neighbors are friendly as well.

Its nice & quite. The only thing is I personally think that they are way to. High in rent & they also demand a lot of stupid things. Well.... Not real stupid just they do t give u time to do the things they want u to do!. Its suppose to be your home!. Right?.

Beautiful mobile home park the streets are paved very smooth and beautiful. The lawns are kept up. I’ve only been here once.
