My experience with Camden Woodmill Creek Homes has been great from start to finish! Hope has been nothing short of amazing, and is very knowledgeable, and a great communicator! I relocated from Florida to Texas, so I relied heavily on Hope to be my eyes and ears, and she didnt disappoint! She sent me photos, video of the unit I wanted, and walked me through every step from start to finish, without any difficulties. Upon moving in to my unit, everything on the inside and outside was immaculate and move-in ready! The community grounds are well maintained, quiet, safe behind gates that actually work, unlike most gated communities, and have businesses and food nearby! I couldnt be happier with my new home, and my transition was effortless! I highly recommend this community to anyone looking! You wont be disappointed!

Camden is simply the best. Marcus and Hope are absolutely amazing and have always gone above and beyond to take care of any issues that have arisen.I can’t say enough good things about living here, and I will definitely continue to be a Camden resident!My previous experiences with other apartments left me with a very bad impression of apartment living in general. I have never before had a property management company that treats its residents with the kind of respect and dignity that everyone deserves. I trust that Camden takes great care of all of its residents.

My husband and I were actually out looking for an apartment to move in to closer to his job and we just happened to see The Camden homes across the street… needless to say… we didn’t make our appointment at the apartments… we were to busy sighing our new lease for our home!To be honest… I can’t say one bad thing about living here. The whole experience has been positive, we are enjoying our new place and I’m so glad we made the move! From the management all the way to those that keep the care of the beautiful landscaped lots… I can say with no hesitation.. “we are happy we’re here!”

Great community homes. pleasant environment. Recently built apartments. Although each home has a garage there are too few common visitor parking spaces. Very convenient location in the Woodlands and very close to I-45.

My 4th camden property and by far the absolute BEST! The property is extremely well kept, cute townhomes, with an excellent location. The secret sauce to this fantastic property is the team; Marcus, Hope, and our excellent maintenance team. Their consistent hard work and dedication to this community is demonstrated every day and it is so very appreciated. They are amazing!! Hope made my property transfer a breeze and made sure my unit was in tip top shape prior to moving in. I am so happy I traded in city living for the suburbs and love calling Camden woodmill creek home!

Really pretty complex in a great location! Theres a nice walking loop behind the complex and several stores and restaurants nearby. Hope and Marcus are both amazing and super helpful.
