The sales counselor Bradley has done a phenomenal job helping us purchase our new home. It’s about 60% complete and we can’t wait to move in the neighborhood! Ultra fast access to Highway 249 & Tomball/Magnolia, brand new HEB close by, and the area seems really peaceful, quiet, and wooded.There are train tracks nearby, but you hardly notice the sound, especially if you’re inside your home with the windows closed since they greatly reduces the horn sound
