We had an amazing experience in purchasing a home through Bloomfield Homes at Mockingbird Hills. Sib, the representative for Bloomfield, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we explored the many different home styles and was extremely helpful as she helped us find the perfect home. She guided us to find the perfect house that would accommodate my wife and I, our older daughter and 87 year old mother in law. She made sure we got all the options that we needed. The designer that helped us, made it a fun process too, helping us to select from the large amount of choices they had available, and Greg, our project manager has been incredibly helpful in taking the home from a concrete pad to the beautiful home we now live in. He always answers our phone call, and takes care of any concerns we have had about the house. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Honestly, without Sib’s help, the process would likely have been stressful and more difficult and definitely not as fun! With Sib and Greg, we feel like we made friends in the business that actually care. I highly recommend Bloomfield as a premium builder that takes care of their customers.

My wife and I just closed on a home with Bloomfield and had an incredible experience from the moment we first walked through a model, to choosing a floorplan, picking and designing each and every option down to the last stud, to finally being handed the keys to our dream home. Sib, our Community Manager, guided us through every step of the process and was an incredible resource and kept us sane throughout every choice and milestone, and we could not be happier with our choice of home builder and neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed looking at Bloomfield Homes in Mockingbird Hills with Sib Woehr recently.We toured the neighborhood, looked at model homes and learned about Bloomfields quality construction . Sib was very helpful with answering our questions and showing us different floor plans. We will be back to Bloomfield Homes in Mockingbird Hills. Thank you Sib.
