Matt’s post-sale follow-up was especially appreciated, helping us settle in smoothly.While some warranty concerns identified by a third-party inspector have taken longer to resolve, D.R. We love our new house and neighborhood here in Avalon. We had a great purchasing experience with Shannon, the sales rep. She answered any and all questions that came up during the process. Our builder was Matthew, and he was wonderful! He addressed any issues almost immediately and always followed up to make sure things were taken care of. We highly recommend!
