Maintenance came a day after the urgent request and fixed everything . Was super great to actually have someone come out. Prior to living here .. we couldnt get maintenance to our house ever. This is a beautiful community of homes and wonderful amenities .

The application process was quick and straightforward, and the entire experience was seamless.During our time living in Amber Pines, we found the maintenance team to be prompt and efficient in responding to any requests we had. The community is quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated how friendly our neighbors were. The amenities, such as access to the pool, were another huge plus for us.Overall, we loved living in Amber Pines so much that we decided to stay in the area and purchase a home nearby. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

We had a great experience from touring the unit to applying and moving in. Rachelle in the leasing office was great and responded quickly to all our inquiries. She set us up quickly with everything for our home and we are very appreciative. We love our home and the quiet neighborhood we are a part of. It is perfect for what we have been looking for.

We were very fortunate to find Amber Pines! We moved across the country and only saw the property visually. We were very pleasantly surprised to see how nice our rental was. The team is very responsive and friendly. Neighbors and school district are also a positive. You can’t go wrong, plus amenities are a plus!

I had probably one of the best experiences living at Amber Pines at Fosters Ridge. I lived there for 6+ months and the staff is exceptional & are ON IT.my fiancé and I had a smooth move in. We moved very late at night and the office staff “Rochelle” hope I spelled that right. Did an incredible job at setting us up during odd hours to access our home.I loved living here.Great price for the qualityPros:• SMART HOUSE: everything can be opened/locked via phone (except the garage- clicker) + Built in doorbell ring.• Beautiful community perfect to go jogging, biking etc.•Exceptional staff & maintenance (they are FAST) I mean the best I’ve had. Very clear and concise.•House was basically in almost perfect condition. Very clean at move in.•Quaint & Quiet (Very peaceful & Suburban great location to schools & nearby grocery stores like HEB, CVS and a plazas with tons of food/restaurants)• SAFE & SUBURBAN So safe. Kids are comfortably playing outside. Perfect to raise a family. Or dogs with a yard lolCons:BUGS. It’s VERY woodsy so make sure you have a exterminator on deck lol because you will have ladybugs crawling near windows trying to get in.Limited amount of internet providers due to the area being fairly new. (We used sudden link now optimum) which I heard is bette brow.

Excellent urbanization to live in and although the complex deserves an excellent rating, the new administration is terrible, they only fill you with excuses for any request, nothing to do with the previous administration.
