I have submitted a few warranty requests in last one month, and expected to wait for a while. Steve from the warranty department went above and beyond and always replies in a day or two and got things covered as soon as he can. He has been very responsive no matter how small/complicated the cases were. I really appreciate Steve for being so helpful on the issues and that is so reassuring and keeps me away from the headaches from time to time. Thank you Steve!
