Richard was a pleasure to work with. He took a tremendous amount of time explaining details regarding a property he owns in my neighborhood. His company is going above and beyond to make sure the property is secured and the appearance is maintained while the home sale remains in probate court. His company is doing this on their own dime just to ensure that the property doesn’t become an eyesore in our neighborhood. I appreciate this company’s attention to detail and timely response.

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had the most smooth home buying experience. The negotiation phase was very fair. The staff was so friendly, they did everything we asked for after inspection. The finishing of the house were very good quality. They were very organised and well structured internally. We feel blessed that we worked with them.

Well at best I thought they going to make it more delays because they want to taken my deposit. But most likely I was more satisfied when some of the workers were continuing on you doing the best song fixing up the concrete. I was stupendous that they made a model for my Greenhouse that morning. It was more marvelous as I seen.

Everyone on the Mazzarino team (project managers, designers, support staff, listing agent, etc.) is extremely professional, personable, efficient, experts in their fields and a pleasure to work with from start to finish including the contract management and design/finish process. All are patient, thorough and knowledgeable with great attention to detail through the final walk through and closing. In multiple deals with Mazzarino Ive had exemplary experiences and with great confidence continue to recommend their beautifully built, high quality homes to my clients.

I recently bought a new construction Mazzarino home, and I could not be happier with my experience and my new home. Initially I was not sure I wanted to buy a home from a company who builds many houses at once because I was worried the quality would not be as good as a smaller builder. But I happened upon my current house and it was the perfect location for me and the right timing (after looking for approximately 1 year), so I couldn’t pass it up. I could not have been more wrong- yes this builder does build a lot of houses but they are a well oiled machine because of it!They are very responsive and the attention to detail/quality of the house is amazing. They addressed every item in the inspection report that I asked them to, which was such a relief to know I was moving into a house that didn’t require projects!This house did have a title issue (lis penden) and it was resolved in less than a week. My previous house had some title issues and it was such a hassle to resolve (and required countless follow ups from me and my realtor) and almost delayed closing.The first week I moved in there were a few issues with things not working exactly right, and I had three service providers to my house within the week who resolved all the issues. I assumed the warranty company would be terrible based on past experience, but the warranty company is a breeze to with and worth EVERY penny.Overall, could not be happier with my new home. If you are looking for a new construction, I would highly recommend Mazzarino.

Mazzarino was the builder of our new home, and we cant be more pleased with how it turned out. 3rd party inspectors informed us that the quality of workmanship was very high, including the stucco work. We had a previous bad experience with inspecting an older stucco home, which requires religious maintenance to prevent mold in Houston, and Mazzarino completely changed our perspective on how it can be done right, even for this humid environment. The service is impeccable and professional. The workmanship for all elements of the house is top notch. The only minor complaint is that there were a few small details (i.e. misaligned wrought iron bases for the staircase handrails) at the blue-tape walk, but the constructor immediately addressed these issues. By the time we moved in, not a screw was loose in the house. Highly recommend this builder to any new home buyers!

Mazzarino built our home and we could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. The design, finishes and craftsmanship of the home are amazing. In particular, the extensive trim work, tall doors and tall ceilings really make the house stand out. We are very happy living in our new home!

We have nothing but good things to say about the whole team at Mazzarino. We bought a 1950s home which was fully redone, and the quality of workmanship is so good, it truly feels like brand new construction. They installed high quality appliances, fixtures, and building materials at every stage and those little details really added up to a wonderful feeling home. They also went above and beyond in customer service, for example by installing a custom bend in a gas line when we discovered that our dryer would not fit in the laundry room. Even though we were already locked in on a purchase price, they did not ask for extra money, as they just wanted the house to be right for us.

They did everything that they could to fulfill our request, they went beyond our expectations. Quality of our home is also great and everything looks perfect. I own a 4 story home built by Mazzarino Construction in 2016. I purchased the home new. The builder worked with me to make modifications that I desired and after closing, the builder was very responsive to any issues that arose. There are many extras that were built into this house that I appreciate, like being pre-wired for an alarm and cameras, having smart thermostats and smart Lutron light switches that can be controlled from anywhere. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout. I had a few things come up just outside of the warranty period and they were still very helpful in resolving them. The superintendent has been great to work with and seems to genuinely care about my satisfaction. I recommend this builder.

I will start with I am not a home buyer. I live next door to 4 townhouses built by this company, which in any case is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.The contact that worked with me, Gaige, is absolutely wonderful. He is attentive, caring, efficient and has an admirable work ethic and communication skills.There were plenty of complications and even repairs needed due to damage that occurred during the process.He took great care of me and my property.10/10 service.Young and already making a great name for himself.He deserves a great bonus and a raise.Gaige will definitely be going places! :)

A very good experience overall. The house is well made and has had very few problems. The minor items that needed fixing were corrected quickly.
