Steven Lockwood was very friendly and informative about all the different shed types and sizes that would fit our needs.Shed is built exceptionally well feels like it will hold up for years to come. Wife would like to add she loves they were able to match our house colors so well. Also the radiant barrier in the ceiling and the mesh over the vents to keep critters out is not something that comes standard with other shed companies.Delivery was professional and they were able to level out the shed on install, so glad they were not a drop and done operation.

Steven Lockwood of WOLFVALLEY BUILDINGS HE helped me get into this Loafing shed/building for the cover and safety of my animals . (Cow, bull sheep goats etc . The process was very simple and he was very helpful to guide me in what I needed and size for what I have in animals . This is my first time doing anything like this and I even got this tac room added which was very needed . The size of this is 10 by 28 with tac room so the actual cover for animals is 10 by 24 . His workers that came and build on site did it all in one day and very hard workers and professional . So if you have been waiting and needing something similar give him a call

There is a reason these guys have over 500 reviews and you have to search for a single one that is not 5 stars. Several years ago I bought a 8x16 lofted barn from these guys for less that HALF of what I would have paid at Home Depot - built and delivered. The workmanship and quality were much better than I expected and it has held up beautifully over the years. When Steven called me asking if I needed another barn, I told him to send me the current price list. Once again, the price was less than half of what I would have paid getting it from Home Depot, Costco or Sams, the workmanship flawless (just like the last one) and despite needing to get it through a gate to the back yard, then into a very tight space, the delivery was flawless. Once again, I couldnt be more pleased. No one I know will ever buy a barn, shed or tiny home from anyone else if they talk to me first.

I would like to retract the statement below and the review posted previously. The sales manager contacted me the next day after the previous review was posted and promptly took care of my issue for what I believe was a significantly fair price! The gentleman who came to perform the work was incredible. All the work was done in a very quick and efficient manner and I’m absolutely satisfied with the follow up service I received. Kudos to WolfValley buildings!salesman was great! Delivery was slow but good delivery service once it finally arrived. Quality of building is great! If you need anything after the sale….good luck!!!! Had an issue later and was referred to the service department…no answer, left a message…no return call…1 week later called again..left another message…3 days later still no call back!! Very poor service after the sale!!!!!! Need another barn for the house but I’ll be getting it from somewhere else!!

I purchased a 10x16 side lofted barn from Wolfvalley Buildings. My salesman was Steven Lockwood. Steven was an absolute joy to work with. He answered all my question and sent me all the info and a bunch of pictures of the unit I purchased. Steven even worked with me after operating hours to secure my purchase and got all my paper work done. The whole process was super easy thanks to Steven Lockwood. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking about purchasing a building. Shipping was really fast. I placed my order Monday night and had my building delivered and leveled on Wednesday morning. Now to get to the build quality of the building. Build quality is absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t find a single flaw with the building anywhere. Paint was absolutely perfect. I will for sure return to this company and Steven Lockwood when I am in need of another building.

Working with Steven Lockwood with Wolfvalley Buildings LLC has been a great experience. He gave us a variety of choices as far as the design of the shed. Steven even helped us with the plan layout for permitting purposes through our city. The communication was awesome as well, from start to finish. The builders did an excellent job building the 12 × 18 shed in our backyard in October 2023. The shed is well built and I can certainly see the shed lasting for years to come. I highly recommend Wolfvalley Buildings LLC for your All Purpose Shed, Man Cave or She Shed.Part 2: I called Steven again in August of 2024, becasue I needed just a storage shed of 8×10. Steven helped with process again from start to finish. It was an absolutely great experience working with Wolfvalley buildings getting a building for my house. I made several calls to local places near me for several days getting no call backs from anyone eagerly wanting to get something delivered ASAP. I did a Google search and Wolfvalley Buildings popped up with many others. I just made some calls not realizing no one is open on Saturday. I left a few voicemails at some and I really just gave up and figured Id mess with it later. I never left a VM at Wolfvalley and even still, I got a call back Monday morning and talked to Steven Lockwood. He was very professional and informative and you can tell hes been doing this a while. I quickly picked something he provided that was in stock as I didnt want anything custom. I paid and 2 weeks later it got delivered. Delivery was very smooth and the driver was awesome. Hello, I did my research of all portable buildings in my area for product value and warranty and price. Wolfvalley buildings was by far the best built portable building for the price. I worked with Steven Lockwood to find the perfect building for me that could be built and delivered. being that I am in a neighborhood and had a limited amount of space my building would be able to fit between me and neighbors home. I was given a 4 week window for completing and delivering my building. To my surprise my custom building was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Honestly I will only buy from Wolfvalley Buildings because of their professional and attention to detail they all showed. I saved over $1,000 by buying from them and the flooring is thicker and also comes standard with techshield decking a 30yrs shingles. Thank you Wolfvalley Buildings for my beautiful building.

Wolf Valley Buildings is a topnotch company. From my first call with Steven Lockwood, to construction day was less than a month (would have been faster had we not had scheduling constraints on our end, and other work being done on the house). Steven implemented my changes without question and usually responded to my calls /emails within minutes.Upon arrival, while showing Tulio(sp?) the site, I showed him a wee grape vine that had been struggling for a few years, but was still alive. And asked if he could try to miss it. I let him know it wasnt a deal-breaker if they werent able to miss it. It was literally within inches of where we were considering to put the frame. And after the work was done, there was my little grapevine, missed completely, and about 4 from the shed.Such precision and attention to detail throughout the day. The three young men worked like a well-oiled machine and completed our shed, from arrival to packed up and ready to roll out, in 8 hours. Astounding.Thank you all so much! Had an unusable area of my yard that sloped pretty heavily, but figured it would be perfect for a workshop/shed. Looked at all of the Tough builders, but found a much better price with Wolfvalley Buildings.Jordan Arias was my contact with the company and was very responsive, even over the weekend when I had more time to talk about building the project. He worked with me on options and customization over a two-to-three week period. I would recommend Jordan to anyone who is interested in a building, shed, tiny house, workshop, etc.They were running a promotional offer, and I got the 10x14 building with 8ft side walls. It is the upgraded building with 6 windows, 2 lofts and a workbench. The price was about $2000 less than a comparable shed.The only thing I needed to do was set a couple of footers into the ground because of the extreme slope of the yard, so they could level the building and not worry about soil erosion.Their crew arrived at 6am and started unloading the trailer full of materials. They worked continuously for 14 hours to get this completed. It was a hot (97 degrees) and humid day (65%), but they kept on going until it was done.They wrapped up, cleaned up any nails, cut wood, and left the yard clean and ready for me to finish up with the skirting.I suggest you reach out to Jordan at Wolfvalley Buildings and see what he can do for you. My friend bought a shed adapted for his needs (12 by 16 with 8 ft walls and tall door for his utv) from Wolf Valley. When it was delivered, I was impressed with how well it was built and at a very reasonable price. It was much better than the shed I bought several years ago.I called Wolf Valley and worked with Steven Lockwood to buy another shed. He was easy to work with and we ended up with a regular height 12 by 16 shed at a very reasonable cost. They promised the building at 6 weeks and met their timeframe. Delivery was arranged with Lilly but was cancelled due to predicted heavy spring rains. Since I had a surgery scheduled, I had to delay delivery until I had recovery from the surgery. This was easily arranged for about 6 weeks through Lilly.When it was delivered by Heyner, he put right where I asked with no problems; leveled it and blocked it quickly. Building is exactly as ordered and also well built. I just insulated it and now putting in power. Could not be happier. Wolf Valley is a family owned business that I highly recommend.Jerry Merrill

Purchased this cabin for a very remote hunting property in Oklahoma. Ordered it December 2020. Delivered July 2021. Now late October and I’ve had lots of time to enjoy this really well built cabin. The insulation is amazing. No heat transfer from outside 90 plus degree days. They customized the cabin as I requested with no pushback. Josh was my sales guy. First class all the way. Minor glitches in delivery but well worth the final product. I’m going to purchase two more cabins for other properties this winter. Keep up the great work wolf valley!!!

I spent quite a bit of time on research while I was selling my house and purchasing land. Something kept bringing me back to Wolfvalley. The fact that they do 18 wide when most only do 14-16 was a big factor. I had windows and doors shipped directly from big box store and I provided a floor plan for exact placement and they did a great job.We had A LOT of rain and delivery had to get pushed out . FREE delivery by the way, and I was slightly outside of the free delivery areaOn delivery day, They had to leave the Cabin Shell in my drive way due to how quirky my little 3.2 acres is and the self engineered bridge/culvert they had to cross. They needed to come back with a second Mule, which they did within a few days, coming way out of their way at no extra cost to me. Dont let their age fool you, These yougsters who made up the delivery team were on point and knew what they were doing. I would not waste any time looking anywhere else if you are looking for a quality shed or cabin.

I have been shopping for a loaf shed for a couple months. Spoke with about 8 different companies. Received alot of different quotes with not much flexibility on pricing. I met Jordan Arias on Facebook. His professionalism and hunger won my business he told me I could call him any time day or night. He even worked on quotes with us late into the night. He worked with our budget and made the dream come true. 10x16 with a tack room I even got to pick custom colors.Everything was great. One MISTAKE happened. The builders couldn’t complete the job because they didn’t bring enough material. They said they may have to come back another day. I drove from out of town for this project and it was suppose to rain. I called Jordan didn’t even tell him the whole sob story yet when he immediately told me he was gonna fix it and make it right. MOMENTS after we got off the phone customer service called and wanted to hear what happened after I explained.She apologized and don’t worry it will be made right. 5 min later the guys called said they found the pieces they need and we’re gonna make the 2.5 hour drive all the way back! Honestly my experience (especially having anxiety in relation to phone calls & appointments in person) was amazing. Not only did I research them prior to find a family owned business to support that was reputable (and it seemed was) but these guys were attentive, Steven never forced a call and allowed our exchanges to be via txt & email which was literally a life saver for me personally… he was super knowledgeable and helpful as well as didn’t obnoxiously spam me once I sent in my email quote request. He gave me options and so fast. They delivered on time schedule we discussed, have more quality equipment then I had even realize was in existence to make corners easily and have zero complications putting where I needed it to go. Like a remote trailer that does everything but clean your bottom.. haha but Joe delivered my cabin she’ll and did it alone. Great authentic energy, kind, and extremely skilled at his job. We chatted after for a good while and I was really appreciative for the personal connection from a company I’ve found to be unparalleled so far in my experiences. Only first month down to build & they don’t expect first payment until one month after install! How great is that? They blocked and leveled and I can’t express enough how my nightmare of needing urgent housing and attempts to shop for it dissipated using this company! Wolfvalley Buildings worked with us to create a small accessible home built with everything we asked for. After it was delivered they quickly came out to repair any damages from the move. Mary and her crew were awesome to work with and kept us informed with pics every step of the building process. Daniel came out and worked diligently to make sure it was properly installed and ready for the propane hook up. We bought three buildings. The crew that came out, Hans and his guys, were outstanding. They did everything I requested on site, as well as sent out a remediation technician to fix issues that may have happened in transit or installation. A+ for that. If I had one complaint, or more like a suggestion, would be to NOT use nails on sub-floor boards or decking boards. These need to be screwed down to maintain quality; and has been standard construction practice for about 20 years now. I will be going back around and screwing down boards as a result. Other than that, really nice. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would recommend Wolf Valley Buildings for anyone looking for a nice shed. We had a small shed which we were using for our yard equipment, and we needed more storage ever since we converted our garage to an extra bedroom. We looked around in the Denton area for an 8’ by 12’ shed and saw one we liked that had a storage loft on both sides, but the price was a little higher than we wanted to pay. Then someone recommended Wolf Valley Buildings, so we went to their website. Then we decided to take a trip out to their site in Itasca, TX (south of Fort Worth) where they build the sheds. We just wanted to make sure of the quality since the prices were so much lower than the ones we had seen in the local Denton area. That’s where we met the young salesman, Steven Lockwood. He was very friendly and helpful and had experience working with several other shed builders before he and other family members decided to start their own family business. We could tell that the quality and workmanship of the sheds was excellent, much better than the ready-made ones offered by Lowes. And we liked the idea of buying from a family-owned business. One thing I liked was that the price that was quoted included the delivery fee and set-up fee as well as the tax. Steven said that the shed would be ready in one month, but it was actually ready before that. It was delivered by a young man named Steve Miller. He was very skilled at single-handedly using the latest technology to get the shed set up for us in less than an hour. Now we are very happy with our shed. We chose a cute design with a 4 foot wide door and two windows. It sort of looks like a tiny home. One thing that we decided to do ourselves is to paint the floor to protect it from damage. Of course we didn’t think about asking about having it done when we ordered it. Apparently not everyone goes out to the site to check the quality, so if you don’t have the time to drive out there, you won’t go wrong with Wolf Valley Buildings and just ordering over the phone or online.

Steven Lockwood was highly responsive, communicative, and addressed numerous questions on my 8x10 storage shed for our backyard.
