We built our home in WSR with Southgate and had a great experience. We really appreciated all of the folks we worked with during the build process, and especially Shelly (sales) and Sean (builder). Weβve continued to have great experiences with warranty requests as well. We believe we received a quality home from Southgate and even our inspector commented on the quality of the craftsmanship during our pre close inspection. We highly recommend Southgate based on our experience building with them. -
