Thats went really awesome. I really appreciate Craig on all the support & recommendations. Buyers please be open up & show real interest so that they also put interest. Its like from buyer perspective, he/she only one but from other side they are meeting 10 - 20 people. The plans are really awesome, Dont stick to just one plan just because its model house shown with all make ups. Ask for other plans as well, go home & visualize over a can of beer, then come & check with model home, ask for other plans on development or inventory homes. Craig & team are the best guys over but its on you buyers to make the best out from them its completely on you. Its just on you.

The warranty/service Southgate provides, post close, is just great.We closed our home roughly two years ago, still get a lot of help and guidance about home maintenance from them.Noel Nelson, Windsong Ranchs warranty specialist, has been a pleasure to work with.
