Just updating my review. It’s been a year since I took over my house and I am still very pleased (I am actually more pleased than before). The house is solid, great neighborhood, awesome multi ethnic neighbors and awesome house. O, they contacted me concerning the house (if any issues) but despite my saying none, they still booked an appointment and came, I told them the minor negative observations (low Shower pressure and slow sink drainage in masters bedroom and a v negligible gap btw front door and frame) and they sent their technicians who fixed ALL the issues and also cover marks or stains on my walls (these stains happened during my moving in). So I am very good. ALL my home features are still working perfect, all good, great home, thanks CentexId gladly give them a Trillion stars and justice would not have been served yet. They are true professionals, very patient, knowledgeable and transparent. They made my 1st home purchase v easy (too easy actually) and easily successful. My fiancee herself could not believe how easy and successful everything went! I have always expressed my gratitude to them, they deserve it and earned it. I have 0 regrets dealing with these people. People like Ms. Kelli Worthi, Mr. Chris (construction manager) and Ms April to mention just a few....v good honest and truthful people who I met as strangers but now consider them friends and family. Weve reached the 1 year mark on our new home and things couldnt have gone better. We had some rocky parts but things were resolved quickly. Chris is the best building manager on the planet. Blue Tapes his own peoples work so you dont need to. Try to get Allen as your Home warranty manager, if you get David try to stay as far away from him as you can.

I discovered this neighborhood several months ago and had a good feeling about it right away. If you like nature, you’ll love this area. The community park & pool are very nice. There is a natural long walking path along most of retention pond area, (great for dog walks). Zube Park is a massive park right across from entrance to our neighborhood. You can buy farm fresh eggs right around the corner and if you turn right when you exit neighborhood, you are in the country with ranches, horses and livestock. All this close to Premium Outlet Mall, hospitals, schools, churches and restaurants. Great value… What else do you want….?

As a first time homeowner, from sales to closing the process was very smooth and efficient. When we first arrived at Windrow in search of a new home we met with Kelli, sales rep, and we were very specific in what we were looking for and she immediately took us to our now new home. The building process was fast and easy, thanks to our construction manager, Aaron who was very specific in the details of our home leaving us with hardly any questions at the end. Just want to share my appreciation with the Sales team at Centex. Specifically Bernard. We started looking for a new build at Windrow in October last year. They did not have exactly what we wanted so each week I would text Bernard and he would respond super fast and answer any questions I had. Finally this weekend we had a home that matched what we wanted and he texted us right away. We went in and signed the documents. He truly is awesome to work with and excited to see what the future holds for us in the Windrow development.

I purchased my 1st house from Centex and the quality unique homes are extraordinarily beautiful. My sales associate Bernar Espanol is phenomenal!! Bernar made my 1st home experience stress free and provided excellent customer service. He was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the process and reassured that I would be satisfied. He paid close attention to details and listened to my every need. The homes are so beautiful and luxuriously maintained and is in a great and safe neighborhood. Im so excited and happy to buy a new home. I also had the pleasure of meeting the building manager Everette Kennedy such an amazing person and very thoughtful of my needs to make adjustments. My home inspection was conducted by Does It All LLC. Owner Jernard McCray extraordinary and professional and very detailed work at an affordable price. Even during his off during the Christmas holiday Bernar still contacted with me to keep the purchasing process on track. Top-notched customer service!!! It’s a done deal. We just put down our money towards a new home. It was stressful, exciting and scary. The thought of getting a brand new home is just plain scary because you never know what to expect or if you’re even ready to move! The whole process can be tedious and feel like the paper work never ends. Well, I’m glad to say we didn’t feel those two things. Bernar Español has gone above and beyond in making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Whether it be our random phone calls asking him several questions and calling him back again in 5 minutes because we had another question to helping us calculate several houses to see what’s within our budget. He was always on call to any questions or concerns we had. It’s because of Bernar that we finally came to a decision on a home and are moving forward.

I enjoyed the process with Pulte/Centex. There was some turbulence, to be expected, but all went well. Regarding Pulte Mortgage, read over the numbers EVERY time with a fine tooth comb. Ours kept fluctuating more than $700+. It shouldn’t be more than a few hundred. Also, there are some things to keep in mind if you are purchasing a home in which someone else started the build process, please ask questions as far as what is and isn’t included. We did not think to ask about grass in the backyard or gutters as we thought that was automatically included. Neither were.

Kelli was fantastic!! We had been looking at pre owned houses for 3 days straight when we stopped by to view the Centex homes. We spent a couple hours on Sunday, and then a couple hours more discussing options. Monday morning we met with Kelli again, she was so helpful and helped us build the perfect house as well as choose a great lot. As soon as Kelli calls me to release the lot, we will become owners, so very excited!!
