Living in Willow at Sierra Vista has been a phenomenal experience! Customer service from the start, was one of our main reasonings for renting here. They were always willing to help resolve any maintenance issues super promptly and were always helpful with any needs! Also, these homes are so new! We were the first to live in this home and it felt awesome be in a nice, large, new home, for the price! We would 100% recommend Willow to ANYONE! The commute is no problem for us, as most places in Houston will have traffic and longer travel times than smaller cities! The area is also SO nice and the yards, scenery, and all of its surroundings are beautiful! The neighborhood is so safe and has schools right around! There are also amenities being built that are going to be super amazing and wish we could have stayed but we are moving to another part of the city near husbands work! Don’t miss out on these homes! -

I highly recommend Willow at Sierra Vista for their excellent customer service. Erykah and Mely were so helpful during our application process. We’re self employed, and our documentation was a little unconventional, but they were able to help us figure out everything we needed. They were so patient and understanding of our unusual circumstances, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.The maintenance team responds promptly, the units are spacious, beautiful and in good condition, and the community is pleasant and peaceful.All in all it is a wonderful place to rent from! -

We were moving from Delaware to Houston and had a week to find a place. Bryce and Elizabeth made it happen. Really great customer service and they are always prompt in their responses and resolutions to issues that arise. The houses are brand new and modern. Bryce was our main contact and he was great. I have also had a good experience with the other property managers. This area is new and has a lot of development going on. Its adds a little time to your commute being out here but the quality of the homes, amenities and customer service really make it worth it! -

I looked for a home for rent for months. Amanda walked me through every step of the way. The community is beautiful. The homes are brand new. The finishes are phenomenal. You don’t have to mow your own grass which working 12-14 hours a day is not something I want to do. The home has a technology package with keyless entry and I can adjust my thermostat from the app and unlock/lock my front door. This place is amazing! -

My husband and I attended one of the open houses in September Erykah Myles greeted us with a smile we just moved in our experience have been smooth she answered all questions and made it easy !!! She made our dream of living in a nice home and neighborhood a reality !!! The homes are beautiful I would apply all over again .!!! -

Great customer service and a lot to come with the home. I am amazed by all the great things in the home I wouldn’t have to worry my lawn and get security included for only $89. This is for sure one of my top options if I decide not to purchase. -

I met Amanda at their office and followed her to where the home was located. She took her time in the home didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Although, life and work has taken me in a different direction if I would have signed a lease with anyone it would be with Amanda at Willow at Sierra Vista. -
