Everything worked out very well in this home building process. Under contract to close was about 8 months with zero delays. Weekly updates from the project manager was awesome. People in the sales office were equally awesome. Great neighborhood so far, waiting for the amenities to be build. This area is building like crazy.

Great new subdivision coming up just off Monte Carlo. Pulte and DR Horton building there. As REALTORS, Brittany and I toured the model homes with our home buyer. The floor plan has been picked, and we priced options for our buyer. Deciding on the lot next, and as soon as more lots become available we will execute a contract. Great builders. Neighborhood pool is coming next year too.

This is my first time starting the process of building a home and I could not have done it without the amazing help of my sales person Keren Stallin. Keren helped me so much. She was excellent at explaining the process to me, answering any questions I had, and was ALWAYS available by phone whenever I had additional questions. She made sure that things were done in a timely manner and made time for me that fit MY schedule to meet with her in office. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I couldnt be happier with her and with Pulte. I HIGHLY recommend this builder. They genuinely care about you and understand how important this process is to the home buyer.

PLUTE HOMES are only selling inventory homes with only two layouts. You dont get any choice of how the interior looks and there are 850 people on the waitlist. The sales rep was nice and professional. Getting to 75vfrom here during early morning traffic might be a nighmare so beware. There were a lot of signals on the way

Pulte was an upcoming neighborhood for my wife and I that included small town features we were hoping for. The consultation of the model homes was an enthusiastic experience starting with our contact, Rochelle Wells, and finished the great experience with Josh. Rochelle answered all of our questions prompty, and Josh made everything possible in the short time it took to close on our home.
