We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Shaddock Homes. Even after we moved in, Nate Phillips and Robert Durham have continued to work to make sure that our new home is perfect. These two men are great ambassadors for Shaddock. We had such a pleasant experience building with Shaddock Homes at Whitestone Estates in Parker. Everyone at this company is great! We were blessed to work with Richard at sales, Kristin at the Design Studio, and Robert as our construction manager. They are all so exceptional at what they do!It was great going to contract with Richard and all of the expertise and experience he possesses. He gave us such great advice that we would not know known otherwise. He knows everything about homes like the back of his hand. He is great! Thank you Richard!!The Design Studio with Kristin was such a breezy experience. She is such a talented designer and our house would not look the way it does without her! Her fingerprints are all over our house and we are so grateful to have had her help us. She has an eye for detail and incredible taste. Thank you Kristin!!Lastly, our construction manager, Robert Durham, was absolutely spectacular. We had heard rave reviews from other homeowners in the neighborhood about Robert, and were hoping he end up being our construction manager. He was - and we were so blessed. The man has an eye for detail and will do everything in his power to satisfy his prospective homeowners. If its in his power - he will try his best to do it. He is so patient, and so responsive too. 95% of the time he will answer your call from the first few rings. The other 5%, he will call you back within 5 minutes. It was our first time building a house with shaddock homes and both Robert and Richard have been phenomenal. They have given us a great experience in terms of providing solutions to our problems guiding us to make the right decision and just walking us through each and every step. Our house turned out to be amazing we definitely recommended shaddock homes to be your next builder you won’t be disappointed.
