I met Theresa last August when I was looking for a new home. She has been great from day one till the finish line when they had the house ready for closing. Theresa has excellent people skills, very sociable, and at the same time takes care of the customers diligently.Julian has been great from day one to the last day. He has a very calm disposition; he listens to the customers and goes the extra mile to meet their needs. Even though Julin is a very young man, but he acts and behaves super mature.I would have given Theresa and Julian 10 stars if they had that on Google reviews.

Thank you CastleRock for building our beautiful new build! Praise God buying it was a smooth process. There was a few bumps along the way but we had good communication with Theresa throughout the whole process. She was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous with us. We are very satisfied with the incentives offered. She kept me informed of construction status weekly.Due to circumstances out of CastleRock’s hands (cabinets being delayed by supplier) we weren’t able to keep us from getting a closing date. After further discussion they did get us in by our needed date.

Overall, we had a great building experience. Theresa (sales agent) was great. Communication was great and consistent. We had a few small hiccups during the process, but all were resolved to satisfaction. Julien, construction manager, was the hardest working guy in the neighborhood. He was responsive to our concerns and always had a smile on his face.

We had a lot of ups and downs with construction but, Theresa always made sure to keep us updated and always made us feel heard.The day of closing she was off and she even check on us to make sure everything went well at our walkthrough.Theresa absolutely gets a 10 out of 10 from us!

I bought my first house with CastleRock and I am impressed by the houses high quality. Salesman Barry and construction manager Mike are extremely responsive. After a third-party inspection, I have carefully categorized the issues into several classes (must be fixed, great to be fixed, and OK if not fixed). It turned out I just wasted my time doing the categorization because they fixed all of them with high-quality standards. They took care of every issue carefully. One thing I really like Barry is he is very patient in answering all the questions and he never tried to push us (e.g., to make an offer quickly).

We bought our dream house with the help of builders seller agent Barry Hendricks, who provides us professional and timely response to our request and query. He gave us multiple tours and we are impressed by the house quality by Castle Rock. His suggestion of mortgage and insurance are great. We used the builders preferred lender and the recommended insurance agent, after we shopped around and compare their quotes and rates. The house is in perfect condition after small issues are taken care of professionally.

I have went to 3 locations checking out the floor plans & I was impressed with the staff you’ll have representing your homes. Dana in Alvin location, Barbara Weiss in Sierra Vista & now today in Westwood in League City . I must say I was very pleased with your phenomenal staff at each location & the homes are all Beautiful... I’ve learned something new on our second time around in trying to purchase a new homes from each of your valuable staff by them educating us the quality of your brand... Mind you have looked at several builders to get exactly what my husband & I would like to purchase for our family and every home builder hasn’t been as pleasant as your team.Thanks Castle Rock
