Just moved in a few days ago - AC went out and the AC company told us it would be 3 days before they could get someone out here. Michelle from D.R. Horton made calls and had someone there within an hour. Repair man told us he would have to order a part which would take a couple of days. Michelle came to our home and had him fix it immediately. Can NOT say enough good things about the warranty department!!!! Also- dealing with Michael in sales was a dream. He was there for every single question or concern we could possibly have. So far our experience has been incredible and any problems have been from outside vendors that D.R. Horton has taken care of.
